Jay Weber Show transcript 12-22-25

So, in the wake of the massive Somali fraud scandal in Minnesota- which just keeps getting bigger. We are getting other reports of long-time fraud that has been ‘baked’ into our governmental systems and democrat politics…as well.

They have found more fraud linked to Somali communities in Ohio and elsewhere. Including Maine. There was a report this weekend about how-in Maine- a mass shooting at a bowling alley in 2023 led to govt money and private donations flowing into several community groups that were meant to quote. Help the victims.

The problem is- several of the groups had no ties to the victims and pocketed the money.

The estimate is that- out of about seven-million dollars that was meant to go to the victims of the shooting and related community services…only about 4.7 million did. The rest, of about two million dollars, was stolen. It was funneled into those nasty little ‘NGOs’ again.

The so-called ‘non-government organizations’ rise out of nowhere to ‘be helpful’ when there’s a flood of taxpayer money to be doled out.

Guess what nationality this ‘Abdellah Muhammad’ is. Somali.  And guess where he was, at last report? Back in Somalia. The ‘trustworthy’ leader of scummy Janet mills’ community foundation is allegedly back in Somalia leading terrorist uprisings against the current leaders there.

But roughly one-third of the money that was raised for these victims of a Maine mass shooting-disappeared into NGO’s linked to Somali transplants, again. Isn’t that something…

These were alleged ‘substance abuse’ charities and ‘immigrant women’ charities that were just fronts to seal taxpayer money. And Janet Mills not only let it happen-she encouraged it.

It’s roughly the same story we are getting out of Minnesota. Investigators now believe about half. Half. Of 18-billion dollars in funding that was distributed to that Somali community in the name of welfare programs was stolen. Nine. Billion Dollars were stolen.

And-as it was being redirected to fake ‘do-gooder’ organizations, we now know that some of it was being funneled back into the campaigns of Tim Walz and Keith Ellison and Jacob Frey. After all, they had to keep increasing the skids of the corrupt local lawmakers to keep the scams going.

And-in a truly disgusting display on Friday- Governor Tim Walz was suddenly saying that this massive nine-billion dollars in fraud ‘is’ his responsibility because it happened on his watch….and he’s the one who is going to fix things when Minnesota voters give him a third term.

Honestly. This bleeping scumbag-after ducking questions and denying responsibility and looking guilty as heck for two or three weeks. Tim Walz and his advisors have obviously settled on a way for him to try to weasel his way out of this: only claim responsibility ‘generically’ …because it happened ‘on his watch’....but then insist that he’s as angry as anyone else about it, so they’ve got to give him another term so he can clean it all up.

Good grief. Even Minnesota voters aren’t that dumb, are they?

Trump advisor Stephen miller was on Jesse Watter’s show on Friday and was in rare form. He says…America doesn’t even really have a democrat party anymore; we’ve got a group of communists and foreign scammers who have taken over that tent.

The remaining ‘decent’ democrats who are in this country…still naively voting for that party…probably bristle at those comments, but Stephen Miller isn’t far off.

Our u-s welfare system so broken that responsibly government leaders would -genuinely- shut it down one program at a time-and have everyone who is getting taxpayer dollars…. on that dole…. reapply for their benefit. Honest to God, that’s how broken America’s welfare system is…and the Minnesota scandal is proving to be just the tip of the iceberg.

And this is a failure of political leaders at all levels of government, over time. This is corrupt and corruptible mayors and city councils and state leaders and agency heads being the ‘front line’ for doling out all this taxpayer cash. Especially federal cash that’s flowing into their community. The process has become simply one massive scam and shell-game over the decades. And it must undergo serious reform.

But it never will because of the very ‘structure’ of the welfare system and these programs encourage fraud.  The set-up-  itself- creates incentives for states and communities to just keep expanding, and expanding, and expanding our social services and welfare offerings.

Folks-we have never been a wealthier and more prosperous country. Human beings-even on the lower rungs of society-have never had a more comfortable lifestyle, comparatively.

In short, we are a country and a society that should not have to be- spending trillions of dollars a year on welfare and social services programs. But we are. Why?

Why does the wealthiest country on the planet still pretend as if more of its citizenry needs government help and government freebees. Most of the people getting them- do not.

But who’s going to be the person or party to have that conversation come election time?

And so, the programs just keep expanding, the fraud just keeps growing, the left-wing activists and democrat insiders have turned this all into a very corrupt system of stealing from the taxpayers to fund themselves and their agenda. And the rest of us just get screwed.

Do you realize that ‘just’ our welfare programs: just those programs we’d label ‘welfare’ constitute nearly 100 govt programs and dole out over a trillion dollars in taxpayer money each year?

If we go by the findings of the Minnesota investigators and what they suggested last week- Half. Half? Of that one trillion? Might constitute fraudulent spending and half a trillion dollars stolen from US taxpayers?

Fraud is-that? -rampant in our government programs? I bet it is. Yes. Because the states have no reason to look for fraud. They have every incentive to keep expanding their welfare rolls…and zero to protect against waste.

As the editors of issues and insights said last week: for today’s democrats, fraud is a ‘feature’ of their system. Not a bug.

Folks…these investigators in Minnesota have coined the term ‘fraud tourists. They are finding so many foreigners inside that Somali community- both legal and illegal- who seem to have moved to Minnesota- just for the fraud- that they’ve coined a new term for it: fraud tourism.

A republican state rep who is running for the state auditor’s office is saying that ‘fraud has been legalized in Minnesota by Tim Walz and Keith Ellison and the leaders there- who are neglecting to verify the legitimacy of the organizations they are doing out tax dollars to.

My take on that would be they’ve known-exactly- which organizations they’ve been doling our tax money out to- and they’ve been doing it for kickbacks and ‘get out the vote’ efforts come election time.

Minnesota is being exposed as a long-time magnet for fraud.

But here’s what is ‘very likely’ the truth: that if we looked under the rugs and rocks of any of these programs in any state in the union…we’d find this sort of fraud. Most-especially blue states and cities- But I think we’d find this fraud everywhere. Even in the red states where, gee, the government bureaucrats and agency heads are still almost entirely liberals, anyway.  Those people who are running these do-gooder programs and agencies just by their nature- are left-wingers.

You can bet this fraud is going on across the country. Not just Minnesota. It was just exposed there first.
