The past few years have been hard on communities and the people who live in them.

At American Transmission Co., we believe it’s important that we all come together—to support those in our community who need help. It’s an effort we call “Positive Energy.”

We’re also counting on generous people like you to provide a little positive energy of your own. That’s why, along with News Talk 1130, ATC has created a list of charitable organizations that need people power to carry out their missions.

Let’s all be the power that brightens the lives across our community— with some Positive Energy!

You don't have to swing a hammer to help your community! We have ongoing opportunities at our construction sites and at our ReStore, but we also need help year-round with special events, landscaping, cleaning, and office projects.

State Fair Corn Roast: Every year for the past 60+ years, the New Berlin Lions Club has run the Wisconsin State Fair Corn Roast, donating all profits to charities and youth organizations needing money to continue their work. This year we are having difficulties finding the 1100 volunteers we use each year to sell corn. This is a fun event that gets you admission in, transportation in and out, a commemorative t-shirt, lunch or dinner, and a donation in your name to a charity of your choosing. Shifts are 5-6 hours. In addition, your work helps us raise money for countless charities in our community which focus on blindness, diabetes, hearing, hunger, environment, housing, childhood cancer, etc. Each year we raise over $100,000 that goes back to help over 35 charities helping people in our communities. We are desperate for volunteers and ask for your help! Thank you.
