This is one of my favorite stories of the week-and yes- I admit I be obsessed with squats with unions: senator Liz Warren.
And I do-because she is such a rancid, unethical, immoral person, herself….and yet…she’s built her academic and political careers on trying to be the best referee for what is ethical and what isn’t. What is acceptable and what isn’t.
This is a woman who scammed her way to the top of academia and into a US senate seat. This is a woman who changes positions like a windsock and pretends she’s the moral authority in every situation.
It’s simply incredible that this flat-faced hag has been willing to trick as many people as she has into thinking she’s the final arbiter on everything that is good and moral and decent in dc.
This week, she’s on two war paths. She’s really painted the pony. One is over the private donations being made to fund trump’s ballroom. She and a few other corrupt democrat dopes are pretending that they are worried about quid pro quos…and tried to demand that Nvidia, Comcast, Warner Brothers, Amazon, Meta, etc.…to ‘come clean’.
She’s demanding to know if any promises have been made -by Trump- in exchange for the ballroom cash. The fun twist? To one person, they’ve all either ignored her or told her to pound sand.
Good. They know she’s just game playing and grandstanding to get attention for herself and her own personal glory.
The second war path warren is on…is over Linda McMahon and president trump fixing education in America by trying to destroy the federal department of education as much as they can.
We’ve talked about how it is impossible for the executive branch, alone, to kill off a federal agency or department that a past congress and president have created- And how- when it comes to the education department-it is especially difficult, given that past democrat congresses just kept giving it more and more side-agencies and special duties…etc. And so, it wouldn’t take ‘one’ vote in congress to kill off the department of education. Experts say it could take as many as 8 or 9.
The better way to go here is to simply reassign all of its duties to other agencies and leave the Dept of Education a useless shell of itself.
So, that’s what Trump’s sect of education, Linda McMahon, has been doing. And I got to say, she’s gotten a lot more done than I thought she could -and she’s done it in just ten months. This woman and her team have another three years to parcel out the remaining duties of this department…and leave it a gutted carcass on the flood by the time they leave.
And these moves have made ‘squats with unions’ turn into ‘stands with fury’. This week, petunia insisted that Linda McMahon needed to resign…because she’s lied right to warren’s face during the confirmation process.
Squats wrote in an op-ed in the USA Today:

I want to stop there and point out that McMahon didn’t lie to squats during that meeting. Squats asked: do you think you can shut down the department of education?
And McMahon didn’t. She knew she couldn’t. And so, she answered ‘no’. Warren-did not ask: do you plan on gutting the education department to the point it’s useless?
Because that was the plan. And it was the plan from the very beginning. And so, I assume that if senator warren had asked her-that! - question, McMahon would have answered differently. Yes.
And if you think this is parsing, or that Linda McMahon lied, or ‘knew what she was being asked’...I’d refer you to every single democrat-since Clinton- And including Liz Warren- who has made an art out of ducking questions. Blurring the truth. Obfuscating rather than adding clarity.
I’ll defend Linda McMahon to the hilt, here. She asked: do you think you can shut down the education department?
No. She didn’t. In fact, she knew she couldn’t. We’d all -already-been thru this: it would take congress..it would take numerous votes…yada, yada. McMahon knew what she was being asked. And she answered: no, i can’t kill it off.
I suppose she could have expanded on the answer and said…but i am going to beat it like a baby seal until there’s nothing left of it… But she didn’t.
Liz warren- is on her high horse again-and she’s the one being foolish. In fact, warren’s op-ed is a litany of grievances and moves that Trump and McMahon have made that are clearly meant to shock the reader’s conscience…but only had me cheering.
Listeners to the program know that as a conservative educator-I have said for decades the dept of education should never have been created. Control and decision-making of our schools and curricula should be made at the state and local level- And any national testing or federal funding of our schools can easily be done by some other department-as it was before jimmy carter created this massive dc bureaucracy as a payoff to the teachers unions. And that’s all the dept of education has- ever- been liberals and leftists putting all sorts of backward and stifling and woke requirements on federal dollars…so that the left can control our schools.
The dept of education is a bastardization of government and the separation of governments and powers….and should not exist. No.
Trump and McMahon have vowed over and over again-all the special needs funding that the schools have received will continue to flow. And may even be ‘block granted’ which means they will come to the locals with no strings attached- Meaning schools can finally, finally use the federal funding in the best possible ways…to best meet their individual needs.
This shift-away from the Dept of Education is all upsides. Really.
Folks, this is Trump and McMahon-fixing- education…and the typical frauds and grandstanders in dc are freaking out about it.
