Did you see the video of the staged ‘clap out’ of the state department employees who were let go on Friday?
What a silly spectacle this was.
Folks-
Sect. of State Marco Rubio fired about 13 hundred of the state department’s 80 thousand employees.
I’ll say that again so it can sink in our state department has 80 thousand employees. As part of the trump/rubio downsizing.... Only 13 hundred were let go last Friday.
But oooh! Oooh!....the drama over it in DC! And in the lefty media outlets! It was just insulting.
At the state department building-some trump haters obviously organized some sort of ‘clap em’ out’ event...in which some of the remaining employees left their offices and stood in the atrium and applauded as some of the people who were fired walked out with their little boxes of personal items.
And oh!! The video of the tearful goodbyes, and hugs, and nonsense!
It was a perfect example of the type of leftist ‘deep-state generated’ event that the democrats and insiders think is going to fool the American people...or have us feeling sorry for them...and angry at that ‘evil Trump’.
The problem for them is in the real world- people get fired all the time. Often in ‘mass firings like this...and no one on the left is weeping and pitching fits over them.
Part of the push back was from former Obama and Biden lackeys like Susan Rice and Mike McCaul...who blasted Trump for the cuts on Friday...but when their administrations did far worse- these very same people said- oh, let em learn to write computer code.
Remember?
Because a lot of us do when Biden and Obama were closing coal mines and putting tens of thousands of people out of work.... they arrogantly told them- learn to code.
When Biden got into office in 2021-he immediately killed off the keystone pipeline and killed off eleven-thousand jobs. Ten times more than Trump and rubio put out of work Friday.
His regime then quickly went on to fire tens of thousands of our service members and govt workers who couldn’t be forced to take the covid vaccine. Remember?
There were no crocodile tears in the media for those folks.
And ole’ joe didn’t show any empathy. He told them-learn to code. Neither he nor Obama gave a tinker’s damn about the tens of thousands of people they shoved into hardship.
No one in the permanent insider class or deep state in Washington DC- ever. Ever! -cares when American workers get laid off in chunks. But boy, when a few of their jobs are lost for the first time in decades- oh! What a human tragedy!
Folks- Microsoft laid off nine-thousand employees this month. Not a single left-wing media outlet made a big deal out of it- or sent reporters to cover the last day of work....and the upset and angry workers.
This was Microsoft. So much for ‘learning to code’...right?
