So- here’s what I think is happening with the Chinese spy balloon thing: the simplest answer is normally the right one-
I think that NORAD and our national intelligence agencies have been asleep at the switch probably for years and hasn’t really been paying attention to possible threats from ‘above’ -and now they are getting caught with their pants down.
This is what I think is happening: the Biden regime and our long-standing national intelligence bureaucracy has finally woken up to a threat that they were completely unaware of for years, perhaps even a decade or more-
And now they are trying to figure it out and play catch up.
That is the easiest explanation here, and the most likely one, given that we Americans and our leaders have assumed that we are ‘safe’ -way over here in the middle of the western hemisphere, and between two oceans, and so, it is easy for our national security agencies to let their guard down.
The basic notions that ‘we are safe’- and- and- ‘that we’d see any threat coming from across either ocean’-has led to our general apathy and overconfidence.
And these explain why both Pearl Harbor and 9-11 were such incredibly successful attacks on this country, correct?
Because we weren’t even watching for them, and never even considered them.
Yeah, our Intel agencies have known that the Chinese have spy satellites way up in the heaven’s covering the globe, as we do.
But they clearly never considered that the Chinese had an entire network of sub-orbit, yet every high flying, spy balloons watching everything.
You heard the admission last week that our Pentagon and White House weren’t even aware of ‘three or four’ earlier balloons like this that flew over our airspace during the trump administration. Lord knows how they finally found out about those-if the claim is real-
They probably went back and started reviewing satellite tapes after this lower-flying one was finally spotted...
But....if you read between the lines of what our govt officials from the pentagon and from NORAD have been saying-
I believe we are looking at a situation in which we, in the US, Canada, and the western hemisphere, have been caught completely unaware, again: unaware that-for years- or decades-China has been doing a bunch of sub-orbit spying on us using high tech, high altitude spy balloons. And it’s a technology, that apparently, our ‘best and brightest over here’ never considered.
Or never considered a threat.
If you ‘checked out’ on the news feeds this weekend, you should know that on Friday-the Biden admin shot down another suspicious object as it was about to enter Alaskan airspace.
This one was said to be a smaller ‘object’...and then...on Saturday....Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau asked NORAD and American fighters to shoot down another unmanned object over Canadian airspace, which we did.
Trudeau described it as a cylindrical object.
So, this is now three ‘shoot downs’ in just a few days-
Kirby would only call this an ‘object’, and the use of that term worried a former general who is now a fox news analyst: general Keith Kellogg knows how the insiders speak in code, and classify things, and here’s what he had to say:

So, what is going on here?
Biden’s defense sect, Lloyd Austin says his counterpart in China won’t even pick up the phone.
Decades ago-we literally had ‘direct line’ crisis phones installed between China’s president-and ours-
China’s top military leaders-and ours- etc.
So, we could have direct and immediate contact with them if we needed to, and since the first balloon was shot down, Lloyd Austin has been maintaining that he cannot even get his Chinese counterpart to pick up the phone on the other end, here.
So-what is going on?
And to have the Biden administration be so ‘tight lipped’ is not a positive: i understand that a lot of these arrogant jags in Washington DC and atop our military ‘get off’ on having secrets...and not wanting to tell the public anything-but they need to start doing so.
They need to give us some indication of what this is-how widespread it is- how long it’s been going on-etc.
Folks, we have had expert futurists diagramming how electromagnetic impulse attacks could knock out our power and communications grids for years- with attacks that come from these very sorts of high-altitude balloons.
They could drop stealthy nuclear bombs the same way.
A read this weekend that-that stretch of coastline up in Alaska that these two balloons have now crossed over is where our communications cables to overseas connections run. That’d be a good place for an attack meant to cut off our communications systems.
It turns out that that is a very busy and important stretch of coastline for America...even if it seems remote.
We need more answers here than we are getting.
And now- suddenly- all our military forces are on high alert. Also this weekend-a quote ‘radar anomaly’ was detected over Montana, and that led to closed airspace for a while as they checked it out-
And so-suddenly- NORAD and national security agencies that have been asleep at the wheel are acting all ‘hyper-vigilant’.
And hey...if you were asked to guard a building out in the middle of a national forest and never saw other people.... day after day. Year after year...you’d get very lax....in doing that job...wouldn’t you?
This is my guess as to what’s going on with our intel agencies: they can only ‘stand at attention’ and scan for foreign invaders and global boogie men...for so long... before nothing happens and they turn apathetic and lazy....
And so, they-clearly-never detected, nor were imaginative enough to consider, what the Chi-coms have been doing with these spy balloons.
There could be hundreds of them up there, floating between 80 and 100-thousand feet, covering the globe, that our intel agencies are just discovering.
That’d be my guess. We under-estimated an enemy-again.
And why won’t the chi-coms pick up the phone?
Because they don’t have their excuse ready. They don’t know how to explain the discovery of their secret spy network, and Xi Jinping needs a few days to come up with a line of b-s that Joe Biden will by-
Or-come up with the best way to use Hunter and Joe Biden corruption -in China- to blackmail Biden’s regime into ignoring this.
And let’s not pretend that that isn’t a possibility now, which is why our elected officials shouldn’t be allowed to conduct shady business dealings in foreign countries.
The lord only knows what sort of dirt the Chinese have on Joe and Hunter Biden-and how they’d use it: there is no such thing as ‘private business’ in China, and the fact that the Biden’s were conducting shady business dealings over there will be ‘well known’ to Jinping, even if Americans have been kept in the dark over it.
