Tonight-in a prime-time speech- we are told that President Biden is going to frame the midterm elections as a war for democracy-and as a war against trump.
(you know, these democrats had better be careful, because they might just accomplish their goal of keeping trump from running in 24, and they don’t have a candidate who could beat anyone else. Biden, butta-boob, none of the other potential democrat candidates could beat a Ron DeSantis or a mike Pompeo or a Mike Pence...so they’d better be careful not to push too far and-really-disqualify trump. They’ll be in trouble)
The plan here is to obviously pound trump’s favorability ratings so low that he simply -cannot-win a general election again, even against a bumbling Joe Biden.
And they are certain that trump is going to run. Simply certain he’ll run and get the nom. But if they push too hard, they might just keep him from running, or keep him from getting the nom, and then their party is screwed.
But this is a purely political speech tonight-being billed as a primetime address to the nation-and if the networks carry it, it will be a new low for them, in exhibiting their hyper-partisanship.
Because this is-not- about policy. It is not about a national security threat or a natural disaster.
This is a purely political speech. And no, the president of the United States-to this point in history- has not been able to take over the nation’s airwaves to deliver a purely political address-
And one that is so clearly meant to smear his enemies and half of the voters of this nation.
Biden’s team and the top democrats are alienating at least half of the nation with this rhetoric. This idiot ran for office promising to be the great unifier, and he has done nothing but divide the country ever since he got into office and the American people know it.
Folks-this man just forced 240-million taxpayers in this country to pay the student debts of 40 million. That’s not pitting Americans against each other?
This man has repeatedly sent money in the form of child tax credits and covid relief-directly into the bank accounts of half of the people in this country- and forced the other half of us to pay for it.
That’s not dividing the country?
Biden has done the precise opposite of bring Americans together.
Jim Garrity of national review points out that this a president-and his party-who just jammed thru their unpopular political agenda, and now want to tell us how ‘unifying’ they want to be.
Look-Rush said it for over 30 years: when democrats say they want unity-what they mean is-they want everyone to fall into line behind them.
When democrats call for bipartisanship-what they really want is everyone to be forced to comply with them or give them what they want.
That is what Joe Biden-who has been a creature of this rancid swamp for 50 years- really wants. That- is what he will be talking about tonight.
And it will be some of the most maddening, dishonest b-s that you have ever heard uttered out of a president’s mouth.
I’ll guarantee it ahead of time.
Just based on the previews he has given us in his recent speeches- President Biden is going to try to gaslight the American public into believing that-he- and his party- are not the ones dividing and destroying the nation- but it’s the GOP instead.
Biden and his party have pushed for policies and called for constitutional and structural changes to this democracy that can only be labeled as ‘extreme’ and ‘aggressive’ and ‘divisive’, and now they are going to pretend otherwise.
I’m talking about things like calling for democrats to steal back control of the supreme court with court packing schemes.
-trying to destroy or subvert the electoral college system with active schemes to try to get enough states to agree to honor the popular vote.
-try to add dc and Puerto Rico as states so that the Dems can magically gain more members of the house and senate.
-spend years trying to rig the redistricting process in 2020 so that they could grab control of state legislatures and supreme courts and keep them permanently.
-things like- Nancy Pelosi’s scheme to take federal control of elections and rig the rules so that democrats would never lose again.
I could go on all morning. It is the democrat party that has been trying to take away individual freedoms-think covid and the right to choose where you send your kids to school or whether states have the right to set their own abortion rules....
It has been the democrat party that has tried to take away or blunt our rights and ‘first principals’- think- censoring social media and trying to chill free speech by ruining anyone who doesn’t agree with them....
Think- trying to take away our first and second and fourth amendment rights related to religion and guns.
It is the democrats who are the danger to democracy- and it is joe Biden who is a direct threat to the sovereignty and the security of this country-with his open borders.
Friends-the president of the United States! - is allowing millions of illegals to flow freely into this country, who put terrible new drains and burdens onto this country and its resources.
He has opened the borders to terrorists and a human trafficking drug crisis that is worse than any we have ever seen.
Border patrol has now stopped a few hundred potential terrorists since Biden reopened that border, and lord only knows how many others got in.
Biden and the dems have- zero- genuine worry for the sovereignty or the safety of this country or it’s people.
And this jackass is going to go on tv tonight and insist that it is trump and republicans who represent the danger to democracy? The danger to our individual rights and freedoms?
That is so offensive that it should criminal.
He is going to stand in front of some of the greatest symbols of freedom and democracy in this country, and try to gaslight the American people into believing that it is-he- and his party- who are standing up for our rights, freedoms, and constitution.
Come on.
Barrack Obama in his prime couldn’t pull that off convincingly.
Do you think a bumbling, stumbling octogenarian can?
Is Vegas taking odds on whether Biden can get out of this speech cleanly?
For heaven’s sake- he gave a short speech in Philly on Tuesday and managed to hit on a nine-year-old girl in the audience and tell a casually racist story about being the only white guy in a Delaware neighborhood.
What are the chances he gets thru tonight’s speech without embarrassing himself?
In fact- the RNC should find a few young girls and just have them walk in front of Biden’s podium as he gives the speech. Just sort of...place them where he can see them.
There’s no way he could help himself. He’d break stride: hey baby, how old are you?
This man isn’t fit to give this speech-much less fit to run the nation.
