Here’s a tidbit that I ran across that I just wanted the audience to hear: Ted Cruz was on one of fox’s shows Monday- I don’t know which-
And said that he and his fellow senators have come to realize that President Biden’s team is running ‘interference’ between Biden and the senate republicans...
And the back story is this: Joe Biden-was- a senator for 40 years....and as a senator spanning decades...he made some significant friendships in the senate, and across the aisle: friendships with other senators, including other ‘long time’ senators like mitch McConnell, Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham...etc.
Biden even ran on the idea that he was going to work ‘across the aisle’ with them, and was in a unique position to do so, given his career in the senate. He was going to have Mitch and Cornyn and the republicans over to the white house and they were going to hash stuff out.
Remember those claims during the campaign?
Well, the GOP senators have a lunch once a week to organize and catch up ...and have realized over time here that- Biden’s handlers are blocking their direct access to Biden and he believes he knows why:

That makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?
It makes perfect sense that Biden’s white house team is intentionally blocking any interaction between Biden and his long-time senate colleagues, because they, better than anyone, will know how much he has slipped, mentally.
It also serves another purpose: it allows Ron Klain and the inner circle of handlers who are ‘the real ones running the country’....to make sure that Biden-cannot- cannot- cut deals with his old senate buddies if they all get in the same room, correct?
Do you know what i mean?
They are afraid of what might happen if ole’ affable, deal making joe got into a room with his old senate colleagues. He might just go ahead and make promises and make bipartisan deals that Biden’s people don’t want made. That Pelosi and Schumer and other party leaders- don’t want made.
Get it?
This is solid proof to me that Joe Biden is not running this country.
They can pretend he is. They can put out stories about how engaged and involved he is behind the scenes...but the American people have seen him in front of the cameras: this is not a man that ‘snaps into sharp focus’ behind the scenes.
He’s not shuffling around lost on stage, (as we see him) and then ‘snapping into action’ once he’s behind the curtain: okay, let’s get to that budget meeting...
This is not a man who verbally stumbles and stammers around in front of the camera and tells wandering stories about ‘corn pop’ and his days as a trucker with ‘big mama’...and then gets off stage and focuses like a laser beam on ‘what’s next’? Okay...we got to talk to Powell and the fed and get this inflation plan locked in before noon. Joyce, you connect the call and tom...you get me the schematics that I drafted last night on my iPad...
Come on, people. This man has generally, no clue, how his ‘people’ are running the country. Instead, he is being managed and handled and led around by his shirt cuff...we have all seen Jill and other staffers occasionally do it.
And so-what we have in America today-is an unconstitutional ‘executive by committee’ sort of scheme going on here: we have unelected officials playing president and running the executive branch...as they ‘manage’ a doddering joe Biden and just use him for his signature.
It's sort of sad, really, but Biden and his family are allowing him to be used this way.
There was another moment yesterday when this news conference with Barrack Obama busted up. The moment it was over, everyone in the room flooded over to talk to barrack. He’s such a shining star to them...
And no one moved toward Biden. Not a single person in the room, not even Biden’s staffers, moved to interact with him...or direct him where to go next...
And so...Biden reached for a few hands to shake and realizing he was being snubbed...stood with his back to the cameras and watched everyone swarming barrack for a few seconds. Just stood there. Ostracized and forgotten from the activity...like any elderly person who is being frozen out or ignored by the rest of the room.
And then Biden sort of turned to walk away. Took a few steps. Shrugged and raised his hands in sort of a ‘what now?’ move...
And it’s unclear to me whether he’s shrugging at all of the attention Barry is getting while he-the president of the United States-is in the same room and being completely ignored...
Or whether the shrug was sort of an ‘i don’t know where to go’ gesture....
But he can’t get anyone’s attention because they are all closing in on barrack...
It’s a ten or 15 second bit of video on social media that republicans immediately used to make fun of Biden, again, but I found it sad.
I know Biden’s spent his life being a scummy pretender. I know he’s a man ruining the country right now with his selfishness, if not his own poor decision-making.
And i know his family should be ashamed of themselves for putting him in this position as some shadow of his former self...
But ...i still couldn’t help but feel sorry for him when I saw that video. I watched it several times because it made me sad.
You might have had that moment when you were at the family cookout...or at a wedding...or in a big crowd...and you caught sight of that old, lonely person, sitting quietly, and watching the rest of the activity...as he or she was being ignored by the rest of the group. Old aunt Ida...lonely and forgotten...as the activity goes on around her.
This was Joe Biden, yesterday. As the president of the United States—and in a room full of probably-30 or 40 people- he’s ignored.
How or why does that happen?
It’s not only because barrack is there and ‘Obama’s star outshines everyone’...
It’s also because- on most days- these staffers view Biden as ‘the furniture’. As ‘a tool’ they need to use as a figurehead...and his ‘usefulness’ in that moment, was over.
They spent the morning getting him ready. Had him read his very short speech several times. They needed him to go up to the podium and say some things...before barrack Obama became the focus of the day.... And so...Joe did...
And the minute the official event was over- but before all the cameras were off- Biden’s ‘handlers’ were already interested in other things. They were done with ‘their Biden prop’ for the day...and figured Jill or someone else would wrangle him and get him back to the residence...
And if you think I’m assuming too much- seek out the video of that event and how it ended.
It is disgraceful how the democrats are using Joe Biden, and it is disgraceful how jill and his family are-allowing him-to be used.
And I’m sure they rationalize it a dozen different ways; hey, Biden was the only candidate in 2020 who could have beaten trump....and we need America under democrat control any way we can pull it off...and so.... we needed to use and keep using...Joe Biden this way...
However, they rationalize it....it is looking more and more cruel...by the day. And I can’t imagine that they can keep it up for another three years.
And hey-forget about a 2024 run. There is -no way-that this man- we see today- is going to be able to survive another campaign. It’s why -if he lives that long- he’ll probably pardon hunter as a ‘last act’ and disappear to Delaware if he survives the term...
But...who in the heck is running this country?
This is a deadly serious question: is it Biden who has touched off 40-year high inflation and lost
U-S servicemen in the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal? Or is it his incompetent jackass handlers?
Is Biden involved in-any? - of this policy and planning decisions? Or is it a younger group of dangerous stooges who are making all these calls?
And yes-it matters. Are Biden’s people allowing a man who was always a poor decision maker-and who is now mentally slipping- call all these shots? And is that why the country has gone to hell?
Or is he a figurehead as the radical idiots around him are making these calls?
Either way-it’s proving to be a domestic and foreign disaster.
