Masturbating Protesters Interrupt Black Conservative Event at UW-Madison

Left-wing protesters exposed themselves and even masturbated on camera in an attempt to derail the "Black Conservatism: The Past, Present, and Future" event at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Saturday.

"Whoa!" speakers can be heard yelling on a video of the event as a man exposed himself on the event's Zoom link and began masturbating before organizers could shut down the feed. A few minutes before, another protester screamed "F** you!" and called the speakers "f****ts" repeatedly.

"At one point, people participating by Zoom began a coordinated protest, I guess, by showing themselves on camera nude and/or masturbating," said one attendee. "This is the level of discourse that progressives have stooped to in order to keep contrary ideas from getting out."

The event featured prominent black conservatives Kali Fontanilla, Diante Johnson, Dr. Wilfred Reilly, Dr. Carol Swain, and Bob Woodson, who quipped "I take it this guy doesn't agree with us" as the verbal abuse started.

"We brought together some of the foremost black conservatives in the country to discuss the past, present, and future of black conservatism. The speakers were fantastic. And the event went well until people hacked into the Zoom feed," explained UW-Madison Law Professor Ryan Owens, who organized the event. "They disagreed with our speakers and they sought to shut them down. One person spoke reprehensible things over the audio feed before we shut it down; at the same time, others used the chat feature to write horrible things.

"Then, at least one man exposed his genitals to the camera. Those actions forced us to shut down the entire online feed and operate in-person only. We had one child in the audience. We were able to conclude the event in person.

"These actions were cowardly, disrespectful, and stupid. They also exposed a broader problem we face as society. When some people disagree with other people's points of view, they seek to shut down their speech. We need to cultivate a culture of free speech and an ability to be civil to each other. This kind of intolerance—and that's exactly what it was—must stop. I hope all good people will join in condemning this kind of garbage."
