Please Christ, Not Man

The world will call you outdated, intolerant, judgmental, even hateful.

But if you're living to earn the applause of the world, you're not living for the approval of God.

Every time you compromise your convictions to keep the peace…

Every time you stay silent when truth demands a voice…

Every time you water down the Gospel so people feel more “comfortable”…

You grieve the heart of the One who saved you.

You weren’t created to fit in.

You were redeemed to stand out.

You weren’t bought with the blood of Christ to become a puppet of public opinion.

You were bought to be a bold ambassador of heaven.

This world didn’t hang on a cross for you.

This culture didn’t rise from the grave for you.

So why are you so desperate to please it?

The fear of man leads to spiritual slavery.

But the fear of the Lord? That’s the beginning of wisdom, strength, and freedom.

Let them mock you. Let them cancel you. Let them walk away.

But let God be glorified.

“For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” — Galatians 1:10

You can’t follow Christ and chase clout at the same time.

Choose wisely.
