Democrats have new bogus investigations planned if they win the House in fall.

So the Democrats haven't retaken control of the House of Representatives
yet and may not. And already their party leaders are
talking about all of the probes that they're going to
launch into President Trump and his family once they do.
We all know the conventional wisdom that this is going
to be a good year for the Democrats because historical
patterns indicate it will be. But folks, this is also

a pretty screwed up Democrat Party. There are all sorts
of divisions and cross currents in it that are causing
problems for its candidates. Polls show that as unpopular as
President Trump is, the overall approval rating of the Democrat
Party is even lower. So, it's not a given that
the Democrats will retake control of the House. The odds
are still in their favor, I would think, given that
they only need to flip something like four or

five seats to retake control. But with their
intraparty problems and some redistricting in red states and with
the Republicans having a major money advantage, it's not a
given that they're going to retake control. But their nasty
and arrogant leaders have been planning as if they will.
And so they're all out there doing the media circuit
and talking about all of the investigations they're going to
launch into Trump and his administration and even his family,

because they and their Trump-hating activists have convinced themselves that
Trump and his team and even his family members are
involved in all sorts of corruption here. By the way,
this is the same group of Democrats who refused to
investigate any scrap of Biden family corruption, right? And even
though there was actual evidence of it. These are the
a-holes who turned a blind eye to Hunter Biden's criminality,

cocaine in the White House, the insane levels of the
Biden family corruption, and now they're suddenly worried about clean government?

These people couldn't be bigger hypocrites. They're just interested
in creating yet another range of different fake scandals to
target Trump and Republicans with. That's what this is about.
It's actually sort of amazing that by now, these Democrats,
their leaders, their strategists still don't understand this. they still
don't understand that A, they're not going to lay a

hand on Trump, not when 50 earlier attempts have failed,
and B, after 10 years of trying to win elections
and take Trump down this way, they're in worse shape
than ever. And you'd really think that they would have
learned C by now. What is C? Well, for all
the energy and attention that these DC operatives and congressional
insiders put into these so-called investigations into the opposition party,

they don't land with the American people. By and large,
the voting public doesn't care what some partisan and highly orchestrated, quote,
congressional investigation finds on the other side. And this is
when some of the investigations are legit and find
real wrongdoing. But there's also a D, which is the
American people simply and largely don't give a damn

about looking backward after a president has left office. I'm
telling you, I've been watching this stuff for 40 years.
And rightly or wrongly, over the decades, this has been
the case. The simple truth has been both parties in
Congress expends all sorts of time and energy and taxpayer
money on investigating the other guys. And it leaves nowhere,
at least not in terms of making any political difference.

I'm not saying that some congressional investigations and probes aren't important.
They are. It's often important that we the people know
the truth of these matters. And my hope is that
even if the accomplished news media of the age and
the American people of the time don't really care about
the incredible corruption of the Joe Biden era in particular,
my hope is that the historians will at least get
it right and find the serious probes that were conducted

by Republicans in Congress useful. But when it comes to
having any of this effect elections, they just don't. They
just tend not to. especially the ones that the voting
public can clearly identify as ginned up and fake, like Russiagate.
But pick a scandal, legit or not, then look back
at whether it affected the voters in the next election.

Did the Whitewater or Monica scandals cripple Bill Clinton and
keep him from a second term? Did it cause the
Democrats to lose seats in Congress?

Did exposing Fast and Furious and Obama's manipulation of the
IRS or spying on reporters or any other Obama-era investigation
cause him to lose a second term or his party
seats in Congress?

Did two, did two bogus investigations about Ukrainian phone calls
on January 6th, followed by two impeachments, destroy Donald Trump's
career or keep him from a second term?

those fake scandals and impeachments, despite the incredible amounts of
energy Nancy Pelosi and her nasty team expended by ginning
them up and dragging them out?

And don't try to say they cost Trump his immediate
second term because they didn't. That had far more to
do with Democrats across the country using COVID as an
excuse to toss out nearly all our voting laws
and rules and rigging last minute ballot stuffing operations and
very sloppy mail-in voting. Trump's loss to Biden in 2020
had zero to do with Ukrainian impeachment or any other

smear attempt House Democrats had used against him and had
everything to do with COVID giving Democrats the window to
cheat like hell in 2020 and somehow manufacture 80 million
votes for a man who everyone in the country knew
was a doddering dud, even though the Democratic wonder boy
of our age, the single most hyped and beloved Democrat
nominee since JFK, Barack Obama, only got 70 million votes

when he ran for office. He was the nation's first
black president, for heaven's sake. So incredibly, none of the
Democrat smears, as organized through the House and the abuse
of the Democrat control of those committees, worked to change
the minds of the American people. I go through all
of this as a predicate to saying, here we go again.
Hakeem Jeffries and the Democrats haven't even retaken control of

Congress yet, and they've had nearly two years to retool
their party's agenda and come up with policies that might
actually help the American people. But they're talking about investigations instead.
They've had two years to form a campaign platform that
might really impress voters and help solve the problems of
this country. And they still have nothing. The Democrat Party
leaders still have bupkis when it comes to any actual

agenda or any new idea that might help the American people.
Lower prices, lower rent and housing costs, make life in
America more affordable or more comfortable. Two years later, still
no agenda other than F Trump. We still got to
prove that Americans need to hate this guy. Really? And
so instead of promises that a Democrat House and Congress

will pass new bills that will change America for the
better or help the American people, 70 days away from
an election, we've got Hakeem Jeffries and rancid Jamie Raskin
and other Democrats promising a bunch of congressional investigations into
Trump and his family if the Democrats win back control.

Really? This is their most important work. This is what
they're going to choose to focus on if they do
manage to retake control of the House. Just pathetic. Quote,
Democrats are readying a long list of investigations they want
to launch into Donald Trump. Representatives Robert Garcia and Jamie Raskin,
who lead the oversight and judiciary committees respectively. said they're
(11:38):
wasting no time in preparing an all-out oversight campaign targeting Trump,
his family, and his administration. Both know that House Democrats'
efforts now could provide a backbone for the 2028 presidential
election season. Quote, we're going to be looking at systems
of bribery, kickback, and financial corruption and restitution to the
American people, Jamie Raskin said. That would be number one.

Let me be clear. There are no actual allegations of
corruption here. He's just making it up. Apparently, Jamie Raskin
and Robert Garcia and their staffs have ginned up new
falsehoods about Donald Trump and his team and his family,
and they think that pointing to pretend corruption is the
winner here. Raskin and Hakeem Jeffries are already out doing
interviews using the term Trump cartel. They're already workshopping that term,

and they seem to like the sound of it. Yeah, yeah,
let's talk about the Trump cartel. That's good.

It's all so transparent, and it's such a waste of time.
Here's Hakeem Jeffries on CNN this week.

Nobody's getting the pass because we're determined to make sure
beginning on day one that we hold every single member
of the Trump cartel accountable.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
And Jeffries would become Speaker of the House, of course,
and play that role that Nancy Pelosi did in the
first series of bogus Trump probes. But it's really those
rancid members who are champing at the bit to become
the chairman of these investigative committees who are out there
detailing what sorts of fake investigations are needed. For example,
Jamie Raskin says he's going to probe the Trump cartel's, quote,
fraudulent and vindictive prosecutions in one probe. Well, that's rich,

given that it was both the Obama and the Biden
administrations that made fraudulent and vindictive prosecutions of their political
enemies part of their political playbook. It's their side that's
been doing it, not ours. But then, honest to God,
Raskin is also promising yet another investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
in their never-ending attempt to smear Trump with that scumbag.

It's just pathetic. Politico says Garcia and Raskin both have
a long list of administration officials they plan to probe
and possibly bring before their committees, but each said they
intend to focus intently on Trump himself. Congressman Garcia said, ideally,
it's the president's sons and the president and the family.
But he had a litany of other members of the
Trump inner sanctum that he wants to hear from. They
include Chief of Staff Susie Wells, Deputy Chief of Staff
(13:54):
Stephen Miller, and son-in-law and foreign envoy Jared Kushner, etc.,
Jamie Raskin said he plans to focus on allegations of
self-enrichment by Trump and his family, as well as illicit
foreign influence on American institutions and rising authoritarianism in government.
We are going to be looking at systems of bribery, kickback,
and financial corruption and opportunities for disgorgement and restitution to

the American people, Raskin said. That'd be number one. And
of course, they have no credible allegations or specifics that
might reveal the so-called Trump family corruption. It's just their
new smear campaign. It's the new set of false talking
points and nebulous innuendo that they think is going to
trick the American people into rejecting the Republicans in 2028.
And if modern history is any guide, it's all a

waste of time. This is nothing but more invented nastiness
from the Trump-hating left. Oh, you know, and maybe they'll
do a third impeachment. Raskin and Jeffrey say that might
have to be done too, yeah. What a rancid farce.
Everything about today's Democrats, their leaders, and their motivations are
just a rancid farce that they're working hard to inflict
upon the American people. But it kills me that they

still don't get it. They were elected to office to
help the American people navigate life, make sure our republic
is operating properly, and the federal government is responding to
the needs of the citizenry. They're keeping the country safe. Instead,
they're doing this. And it's all that they ever seem
to be interested in doing, honest to God. Let's back
up and contrast that with the entire multilayered, very thoughtful
(15:22):
agenda that Donald Trump and his team members brought into
both of his terms of office. Trump wasn't even really
prepared to be president the first time around. He'd never
been in politics before. But even so, he came into
office with a package of tax cutting proposals. He had
a focus on deregulation, the border lawlessness. He actually turned
the economy around and got a lot done even before
(15:43):
COVID hit. But my God, were his team members ready
for a second term? They'd had four years to plot
and plan for what they'd do next if they got
back into power. And boy, were they ready to go.
The moment Donald Trump was sworn in for a second term,
they were off. In fact, it's not lost on me
that the real thing Hakeem Jeffries and Jamie Raskin are
reacting to and lashing out at here is the incredible
(16:05):
effectiveness of Trump and his team in their second term.
Trump has been screamingly effective. Trump is exacting his agenda
and making his reforms and changes effectively. And the leftists
are furious about it. They're in a never-ending rage over
this because Trump has moved so quickly and effectively. That's
why Jeffries is vowing to, quote, hold every single member
(16:26):
of the Trump cartel accountable. Screw you. You're just
angry that Trump is finally holding all sorts of people accountable.
I mean, isn't that what this really boils down to? Schumer, Jeffries,
and all these other top Democrats are in a constant
state of rage over how incredibly effective Donald Trump and
his second term have been. They've closed the border and
they're following through on deportations. They're ruining the Democrats' voter

replacement effort, which has been underway for 20 years. Trump
has killed off the so-called green agenda. He's largely snuffed
out DEI. He's killed off the shady USAID organization that
was just stealing taxpayer money year after year in
order to fund their own Democrat campaigns and their leftist
agenda globally. Consider how much wonderful damage Trump and his

team have done to the Democrat Party and the American
left over just the last year and a half. It
is a staggering amount. And they are pissed. And it's
that blind rage that has them making the same political
mistakes again. Even now, years later,
the Democrats have no plan except rage against Trump. Amazing.
