Joe Biden is the ‘worst president ever’

Jay Weber Show transcript 12-19-24

There are all sorts of reasons that Joe Biden will go down as the ‘worst president ever’ in this modern era. He even eclipses Carter- and it’s not even close. Joe: worst ever.

And his terrible four years is coming to an ignominious end…with thousands of pardons. Giving up on the day-to-day job four months early. Ramming thru all the truly offensive last-minute leftism that his team can…

And-on top of all his failures, he will go down as the president who blew seven-trillion dollars a year on our federal government- which is more than double what our federal budget was when barrack Obama took office, folks.

Pelosi and Obama took what was about a 2.7-trillion-dollar federal budget and quickly made it four trillion. Before Obama left office, it was about 4.5 trillion. And now Biden’s wasting. I say ‘wasting’. Seven-trillion dollars a year on highly mismanaged federal government.

Under Biden’s watch-the federal debt has skyrocketed to 378-trillion dollars-and counting.

Moreover- Biden’s awful regime has layered in so much additional costly and unnecessary new regulation…that it represents even more ‘hidden’ burdens on u-s businesses.  Additional regulations not only come with more compliance costs for businesses-but they are time-consuming…and if not followed properly…come with more fines …. etc.

And when it comes to regulations, Joe Biden will also go down as the worst-most extreme-most ‘regulation happy’ US president ever.

Until Biden-Barrack Obama held the record for heaping the most regulations-and the costliest regulations-onto the American people. And he had 8 years to do it.

Folks- Joe Biden and his team have shattered Obama’s totals-and they did it in just four years. This is outrageous- and it’s something that 98 percent of Americans will never know or hear about.

As of the first of December, the official federal register, which publishes all the govt regulations and new admin proposals…was a whopping 96-thousand pages long…printed out…and it’s going to grow even thicker in the final month or so of Biden’s tenure.

I don’t know for certain whether an incoming president has the authority to order a blanket freeze on all of his predecessors’ regulations-but if Trump does-he should do it.

I know that presidents- do not- have the power to just go back and cancel all of them in one fell swoop…or with one executive declaration. Each individual new regulation needs to be dismantled thru a regulatory and/ or parliamentary process and if you try to skip a step-oooh-the other side’s lawyers will be all over you…. insisting that a judge made you start over.

And so, it would be a massive project to simply have trump’s team focus on killing off all the Biden era’s regulations…but...it is where his people should focus their efforts…

And he has indicated as much: if trump has a team of people who are- instead of working 24/7 to put more regulations in place- are working 24/7 to kill them off. Well then…. they can go a long way toward stripping them out. And it’d put a heavy focus on that.

Forget this standard of kill off ten regulations for every one we add- which has been trump’s vow.

I’d say- go nuts and kill off a hundred to one if you can. Don’t even count. Just slash. We can count the dead husks later- just go nuts with the deregulation.

I’d also encourage congress to claw back as much of the remaining money that hasn’t been spent yet- from this four or five trillion in special spending that dems and Biden rammed thru in their big ‘signature’ initiatives.

The idiotic ‘inflation reduction act’ had nothing to do with inflation. Joe Manchin insisted it be given a misleading name so that he could vote in favor of a trillion in green energy spending and growing more government-

And what have we gotten to show for it?

Almost nothing.

Genuinely, people. Whether it’s the so called ‘chips act’...which was meant to spur the manufacture of supercomputer chips here in America-and hasn’t…

Or whether it’s the so-called ‘American rescue act’ or the ‘inflation reduction act’...which were supposed to spur new green energy jobs, and expand the irs, and deliver broadband internet to rural areas, and pepper the country with EV charging stations-

Genuinely, my friends, every one of those initiatives is a bust. None of these so-called ‘green initiatives’ has panned out. They amount to a literal waste of hundreds of billions if not trillions of dollars.

We have not seen a single confirmed ‘success’ result from any of these spending bills.

Genuinely.

It was sad to learn that one of Wisconsin’s great companies has actually been involved in one of these failures: on Sunday, the wash post reported that Oshkosh truck got a 3-billion-dollar Biden contract in exchange for what was supposed to be a fleet of 60-thousand new electric postal delivery trucks-

So-three billion- for 3-thousand little EV postal vans….

And years later, Oshkosh truck only delivered 93 of them. Just 93…on a contract that should have had them delivering about three thousand by now. The wash post stated the obvious:

This has become the pattern with the left’s so-called ‘green initiatives and climate change spending: it’s failure, after failure, after failure…

With the money being wasted on products that don’t ultimately perform as promised- and/ or- are never realized. Half of these so-called green energy companies fold after defrauding taxpayers.

This is a scandal that’s exactly like Biden’s promise to build half a million charging stations across the country. Folks-these numbers get so big that it’s hard to think of them in terms of this is all money that has been taken out of our paychecks in 50, 100, 500-dollar chunks. It is taken by our govt overlords to be used for ‘more important’ things-

And that EV charger initiative, alone, is spending 7.5-billion dollars. Of our tax dollars.

For 7.5 billion, we, the people, were at least supposed to get a coast-to-coast EV charging system out of it-

Or at least the ‘seeds’ of that system with half a million charging stations.

Do you know how many contractors who took that 7.5 billion have gotten built and online?

Nine. Nine charging stations.

Nine charging stations with about 214 charging ports. We promised half a million.

It should genuinely be criminal to waste this much taxpayer money. Biden and every govt minion -and every business CEO that has been involved in this debacle should be sitting in prison-this is such an offensive and abusive theft from the American people.

Instead, we get an ‘oh well’....out of these idiots as they run off to find another trillion dollars to waste on this same useless crap.

It has. To stop. If there’s a market for EVs -there’s going to be a market for the charging stations. Let the private sector build them.

Donald trump is floating the idea of privatizing the post office. I think that’s long overdue, given the rise of companies like amazon and ups.

They don’t specifically do mail delivery-but they could. 80 percent of pieces of mail that the post office moves are junk mail, anyway…so privatize the post office and let the leaders of that company run it any way they saw fit: for households- only deliver mail two or three times a week. Or once a week. Whatever. No one’s going to miss daily mail delivery.

Charge businesses to deliver it daily, or semi-daily, if they feel they need it. But is there any govt agency more antiquated than the post office?

Biden’s trying to move to ‘high tech’ delivery trucks…when ‘high tech’ mail delivery should be a major overhaul of the existing- mostly unnecessary- system.

Privatizing the post office is a good idea-and should be seriously studied and the post office should be organized ‘for sale’.

I’m sorry to all of the postal employees listening, but, it makes more sense to privatize the post office than to try to keep it going as a quasi-govt agency… or keep limping it into the future with massive financial losses every year.
