My friends- in the wake of Donald trump’s impressive win on the fifth-you really can sense a sea-change in this country: the long-time trump resistance has been at least temporarily defeated.
They are so beaten and bloodied that the dems and their rabid activist groups-which have been raging for nearly a decade- are so bloodied and beaten that they have retreated into their caves to lick their wounds and bury their dead-since election day.
But they will regroup and be back. It might take a while for them to deny the messages the voters sent to them this year- but they’ll be back to their same old tactics at some point.
But for now- those who supported Trump …including all sorts of new GOP voters who found themselves supporting Trump only really because he was their way to send a message to democrats...
All sorts of these folks are now feeling emboldened to launch a much larger fight against so-called progressivism and workeism in their own communities.
Folks, since the election, black and Hispanic voters in Chicago have been blasting. Blasting. Socialist Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson.
He’s been an increasingly unpopular mayor as he makes excuses for criminals...and for why he won’t work to stop the violence. Stop the smash and grabs. And restore a semblance of order to that city.
As part of that push-back: the family of a Chicago police officer who was slain in the line of duty asked Brandon Johnson to-not-attend the officer’s funeral.
He was planning to do so-until the family of officer Enrique Martinez dis-invited him. Made it known in the media he wasn’t welcome.
He’s acting as if the family just thought he’d be a political distraction...or something of that sort.
No: a family friend on Friday- made a passionate plea to the media- out in front of a precinct station- asking Johnson and governor JB Pritzker to not attend.
Brandon Johnson is further destroying that city-and finally- at least a portion of the people who have traditionally just mindlessly kept voting democrat- are coming to their senses.
Last week-something completely unexpected happened-when even the members of Chicago’s far-left city council -unanimously denied Johnson a 300-million-dollar property tax hike that he was requesting.
Folks-these bullying Marxists are never going to relent.
They might be beaten and dejected now- given Trump’s victory and the much larger rebuke that voters gave them across the country-at all levels of government...
But people who are motivated to destroy this country aren’t going to give up. The increasingly Marxist left- is not going to give up.
If there was one- very strong message-that Trump’s victory sent to America’s democrat leaders it was what?
If only one message the voters sent to today’s democrats sinks into their skulls- it should be what?
America does not want open borders. Close the damn border and stop this illegal alien lawlessness.
Correct?
And so what do tubby Pritzker and Gavin Newsome and the top democrats do in the face of that message?
They triple down on sanctuary cities and literally hold phone calls to organize opposition to closing the border and deporting illegals. Unbelievable.
The blue states and cities are already breaking immigration laws with this sanctuary status stuff. So, they are already ignoring the law-and refusing to enforce it- to the detriment of their citizens-
But- they are now approaching a point at which i-in 35 years of doing this-have always warned represents the ‘end of the republic’.
I’ve said forever: America won’t fall under some foreign threat. We won’t crumble because the chi-com army came in and beat us. Or the Russians, like in ‘red dawn’.
No-the biggest threat to this republic, and the thing that would bring it crashing down, is if one or both sides of the political aisle decided they just weren’t going to ‘participate’ anymore.
If one side decides-we just aren’t going to follow the rules for society that we, as a free people, have always agreed to follow.
The founders gave us a republic-if we could keep it. Correct?
Because it is-we- the people who all agree to play by the same rules, follow the same laws, and participate. Until one side doesn’t.
Right now. This moment. Dems in Pennsylvania are openly admitting to breaking the laws related to elections as they try to steal back Bob Casey’s senate seat. One commissioner flat out said: we don’t need to follow the law, anymore.
Now we have dem governors and mayors saying-when it comes to immigration and protecting the country from illegals and foreign terrorists and criminals-they just aren’t going to cooperate, anymore.
They are moving us into dangerous and ‘republic killing’ territory, my friends, if this is the start of some ‘bigger resistance’ as they see it. At least when republicans are in power.
This country cannot continue to exist with open borders and the sort of lawlessness that protects and excuses all criminal illegals and terror suspects.
