It is not hyperbole to say: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have destroyed the American dream.
Even CNN is admitting it, with new poll numbers that show 9 in 10 Americans who are renting right now- would like to buy a home-but cannot afford it.
Moreover-half of those renters say they cannot anticipate a time in which they will-ever-be able to afford a home.
This is the democrat’s ‘America’ now.
Joe Biden and the congressional democrats who are responsible for all this excess spending and inflation- have destroyed the American dream-
And make no mistake: if Kamala Harris wins in November- this situation will never improve.
If she wins-today’s socialist democrats who think they should spend trillions and trillions of dollars more- on new green projects and welfare promises and expanded government-
Will ensure that homeownership will remain out of reach for most Americans-and for each new generation of young people who comes out of high school or college ‘broke’ and needs to make a life for themselves.
Folks, this Biden era has been so rancid, that you can argue that it has -literally violated- an American’s constitutional right to our ‘pursuit of happiness’.
This isn’t a matter of ‘poverty’ or ‘welfare’ cases simply ‘reinventing’ the way they grew up. Nope. The vast majority grew up in homes their family owned- and now can’t own one themselves.
This is today’s democrats-in a very real and concrete way-killing off the American dream with their policies.
And it’s not the only wealth and ‘dreams’ they’re killing off.
You might have seen that the commercial real estate market has seen another rash for foreclosures and defaults-
And the hope is-
The hope is-within the industry-that at least ‘the bottom’ must be near for this crisis, which has been going on since democrats ‘cleared out’ the office buildings during covid.
The real estate and ‘office and retail space’ markets have never bounced back...and those people and companies who owned major rental properties have been hurting ever since.
In four years now- the commercial real estate market- in terms of foreclosures and sell-offs-still hasn’t hit the bottom.
Its’ another thing we can ‘thank’ Joe Biden and todays’ democrats for. They didn’t cause covid’...but the mayors and governors of the blue cities and states-did- insist on closing and clearing out the office buildings during covid-and keeping them closed way, way, too long.
Long after people could have-and should have-gone back to work.
Biden and the dems also-then- took over the white house and congress in 2021-and immediately passed massive spending bills that touched off the massive and never-ending inflation and interest rate hikes we’ve been seeing.
This-is- yet another thing that is Biden and the dem’s fault. And that includes Baldwin, and Pocan, and Moore, and any democrat who voted in favor of these massive and totally unnecessary multi-trillion-dollar spending packages.
They are culpable.
Oh-
And ‘as for govt employees getting back to work in these massive federal office buildings we taxpayers all paid to build and maintain: my god, is this a scandalous ‘untold’ story.
Folks- nearly four years ‘past covid’, very few of our federal govt workers are working out of their offices-or even checking in once a week.
Most agencies are reporting only ten to 25 percent capacity in federal buildings that used to be full of employees.
Now-four years post-covid-they are still working from home and doing an even crappier job of serving the public in the jobs they hold. Govt audits prove all of this....
