Bill Barr- Donald Trump’s final attorney general- who has been a consistent Trump critic since the January sixth debacle – where-in Trump tried to get him to go along with a scheme to delay and overturn the election results-
Barr and mike pence acted properly-and constitutionally-and they are largely hated for it by trump supporters-and largely hate trump in return for forcing them into that situation.
But even William Barr says he’s voting for Donald Trump in fall-because that’s the choice he has vote for conservative policies that he liked- and try to stop this leftist shift toward socialism in the process.

That-is-where the threat is.
And Bill Barr sees it.
I see it. Which is why i will happily vote for Donald Trump a third time if i cannot vote for someone like Ron DeSantis-who could have moved us into the future by guaranteeing at least a good 8 year run of conservatism.
Barr also made-this point-in the interview: he said: the fact that Donald Trump’s poll numbers are running so close to Biden’s is proof that trump could lose the race.
Its’ why he- like me-wanted someone else to be the party standard-bearer. Barr says a different republican would be further ahead in the polls than trump is-
Which I’ll also agree with-
But- Barr also said- of course Trump could still win this. He’s ‘showing’ stronger than Biden in the polls.
Which brings me to Sean Trende-who i was referencing yesterday. Trende is the data guy and pollster for real clear politics. He’s always been a savvy and honest analyst-so far as I’m concerned-
And I was talking about him yesterday, because he was saying on a podcast: the way the electoral map is stacked now- Joe Biden doesn’t win the presidency if he doesn’t win Pennsylvania-which is why- if Joe’s campaigning at all- he has been campaigning there:

Yes- Donald Trump was leading the real-clear-politics average of polls for quite a while-and is still nearly tied with Biden- despite a recent poll that is included in that rolling average-despite the fact that it’s clearly wrong.
It's clearly an outlier.

I agree with this notion-which isn’t unique to Trende- other experts have been saying it this cycle as well-
This idea that: look, Donald Trump has never ‘led’ in the polls like this. Instead, in 2016 and 2020, he ‘outperformed’ where the pollsters said he ‘was’ before the election was held.
This is true.
And so-if the traditional bias in the polling has been that Donald Trump is sitting a few points-above-where the polls say he is?
Well-that would mean that he’s leading Biden nationally by 4 or 5 points-
And is leading Biden in most of the swing states by 5-to-10-point margins.
I’m not willing to say that-or guarantee it-
But- let’s hope that’s the case.
Trende, himself, said in this interview: do you remember that there were polls that showed Joe Biden seventeen points ahead in Wisconsin? And it was a dead heat?
I do.
And historically-these polls always favor the democrat candidate before the election. We-in this audience-have seen that forever.
Oh-and one last thing: when it comes to ‘must win’ Pennsylvania for Joe Biden.
Ah- well-
There’s a significant Jewish vote there – in Pittsburgh- that could play a definitive role in which way that state tumbles....
If the Biden regime is obsessed with keeping the pro-Hamas vote in Michigan-where there are 400-thousand Islamic voters-
Why aren’t they more worried about losing Pennsylvania-with its 300-thousand Jewish voters?
The answer is: because democrats know. Know. That Jewish voters never leave their party. Democrats know that they can abuse the Jews as much as they want -or need to- and they’ll still be voting democrat come fall.
Why?
Jewish Americans have just been loyal, foolish voters for generations. And that’s what the Biden team is banking on, again, in 2024.
That for all their whining and kvetching- they’ll still be voting democrat.
Jewish voters in the audience-please- prove them wrong.
Just last month- a pew poll showed that 69 percent of Jews in America still lean democrat. Only 29 percent lean republican.
Still- republican strategists say-we don’t need a huge shift in Jewish voters. We only need a smaller-strategic one to occur-in the right states. Pennsylvania, Nevada, Arizona...and trump wins.
Let’s hope there are enough disgusted Jewish voters-seeing Biden and the dems do a hard pander to keep the ‘pro-Hamas vote’ under the democrat tent-
That at least some of them are disgusted enough to either vote republican or stay home this fall.
Either way-it helps us on the right.
