President Biden is going to give his state of the union address tomorrow night- and yes-WISN will broadcast it, as always, along with the republican response...
But it sounds like it’s going to be an hour of lying.
It really does. And I don’t use that term loosely.
All presidents and politicians want to put the best spin on their accomplishments...but those who have seen a preview of Biden’s speech suggest that he’s simply going to layer in all sorts of lies and continue to take credit for all sorts of things that he didn’t do.
For example, Biden and his team keep insisting they have brought down the federal deficit.
No, they haven’t.
They keep insisting that they’ve created ten million jobs. No, they haven’t.
They keep insisting that they inherited this 40-year high inflation.
No. They didn’t. Inflation was at 1.5 percent when Biden took office, and it stayed around there until Biden and dems passed that ludicrous stimulus package in- was it May of 2021?-that caused runaway prices.
Joe Biden and his people keep pretending that they ‘saved America’ somehow...or have done some ‘great things’...and it’s all malarkey.
Biden is going to -lie-in other words.
There’s a Congresswoman from Illinois who -to her credit-is saying that she is going to boycott the speech. Mary Miller told Breitbart:
“I will not be attending. I do not plan to show up to and listen to him continue to lie,” the congresswoman said, explaining that Biden’s “entire presidency has been filled with lie after lie.”
“And I’m not going to sit there and listen to him lie and then watch the media and other members of Congress applaud him his lies,” she said, listing a series of examples of Biden’s blunders — from lying about the border crisis to energy prices.
“Whether it’s the border, claiming that our border is secure while we are being invaded. We — by the time his presidency is over, we could have 12 to 14 million terrorists, fentanyl dealers, child traffickers, and an entire welfare state entering our country,” she said. “He’s lied about our energy prices, saying he supports gas and energy when on day one he canceled the Keystone Pipeline, and his EPA is targeting American energy producers. I mean, I could go on and on with his lies.”
Mary miller simply refuses to play along with ‘what’s normal’ in Washington DC which is simply lying and pretending you are doing your job well.
Good for her.
And there -is- a difference between lying and spin: if Joe Biden wants to put the best possible spin, he can on his craptacular economy, feel free. But he cannot get away with saying that 40-year high inflation was a problem that he inherited. Or that he somehow ‘saved’ an economy that was going better-before he tampered.
That’s’ lying-and every single media outlet that calls itself an ‘honest’ and ‘fair’ news operation should be pointing this stuff out: on this? Joe Biden is simply lying.... on that? President Biden is simply lying...
Etc.
The American people just lived thru all of this-and they know which side is lying. Both NBC and ABC- both lefty news outlets with their lefty pollsters-
Both networks just put out polls showing the American people -know-joe Biden has ruined the economy and crushed their family finances.
NBC’s finds: only 31 percent of voters say Biden is a competent and effective president. 71 percent said he’s not.
Only 39 percent of democrats say they’d like to see Joe Biden as next year’s nominee.
This is yet another poll that shows the democrats and their leftist organizations and news media can try to gaslight the American public all they want on the idea that ‘things are going good’ under Biden, but they’re not.
And anyone with a brain knows it. Republicans, independents, and even about half of democrats are willing to admit it to pollsters. Only about half of the people who call themselves democrats, liberals, or progressives still want to pretend this is going well: that joe has been a good president.
He's been a disaster by virtually every single measure.
Its why Biden and his surrogates need to stop in places like Madison, Wisconsin, in the days after this speech to try to message it: they need to go where their most gullible fans and mindless chimps are living and working....
The insiders also claim that Biden is going to sound more ‘bipartisan’ on Tuesday...as he addresses the nation.
This is another thing that an honest media would ‘call him’ on. All Joe Biden ever seems to do, is go around giving speeches bashing the so-called ‘MAGA republicans. Every event he does...he and his team have some attack loaded in the teleprompter aimed at the ‘MAGA republicans’.
The democrats really want to make that term stick, in the hopes that it divides the republican party....and the more ‘reasonable’ anti-trump republicans will vote for Joe in 2024.
Folks-if you call yourself a republican and vote for Joe Biden in 2024....that doesn’t mean you are a ‘reasonable’ republican...it means you are a brain damaged republican.
And I’ll call out the so-called ‘never Trumpers’ and those people who claim they won’t be a member of the republican party, so long as trump is still on the scene: you clowns helped give us Joe Biden in 2020. What a disaster that has been...
And so.... after all we have gone thru over the last two years...if you still are still ‘out’ on a republican president ...or would still rather support a Joe Biden candidacy over four more years of trump...you’re truly a lunatic.
