Update: Shortly after this story was published, Congresswoman Moore's staff returned the American flag to the front of her office. Congresswoman Moore has not explained why the flag was removed in the first place.
Wisconsin Congresswoman Gwen Moore has removed the American flag from outside her congressional office in the U.S. Capitol, a source confirmed to "The Dan O'Donnell Show."
Ironically, the source took a picture of Moore's office on Flag Day. The American flag was missing, but the Wisconsin state flag and Pride flag in honor of Pride Month were still standing.
American flags sit outside each congressional representative's office in the Capitol complex along with the state flag of the representative's home state.
Congresswoman Moore's office has not yet responded to a request for an explanation as to why her American flag was removed.
