Inside the Left's Plot for Post-Election Chaos

In what should send chills down the spines of everyone who wants free and fair elections and peace in America’s streets, the country’s leading liberal organizations are secretly planning to unleash chaos if President Trump wins re-election.

According to The Daily Beast, “Fight Back Table—an initiative launched after the 2016 election to get a constellation of lefty organizations to work more closely together” brought together “a coalition of leading progressive groups gathered on Zoom to begin organizing for what they envision as the post-Election Day political apocalypse scenario.”

“The coalition includes labor groups, like SEIU and the American Federation of Teachers, social justice entities like Color of Change, and progressive movement outfits like Indivisible and MoveOn,” The Daily Beast notes. “It is also collaborating with mission ally Protect the Results, a group of 80-plus left-of-center and some NeverTrump entities that are also planning mass mobilization in more than 1,000 locations across the country.”

What exactly do they mean by “mass mobilization?” As one source put it, “how you “occupy shit, hold space, and shut things down, not just on Election Day but for weeks.”

During the two hour strategy session, leaders began “charting out what it would take to stand up a multi-state communications arm to fight disinformation, a training program for nonviolent civil disobedience, and the underpinnings of what one official described as ‘mass public unrest.’”

In other words, they are coordinating riots after Election Day in the increasingly likely scenario that Trump wins. Naturally, the groups claim that they are most concerned that Trump will lose but refuse to concede and leave the White House peacefully, their plan is based on research by the Transition Integrity Project, which war gamed four different election results.

“A landslide for Joe Biden resulted in a relatively orderly transfer of power,” wrote the group’s director Rosa Brooks in The Washington Post. “Every other scenario we looked at involved street-level violence and political crisis.”

In August, the Transition Integrity Project brought together political heavyweights including Republicans Michael Steele, Bill Kristol, and Trey Grayson and Democrats Donna Brazile, John Podesta, and Jennifer Granholm as well as “political strategists, journalists, polling experts, tech and social media experts, and former career officials from the intelligence community, the Justice Department, the military and the Department of Homeland Security.”

They gamed out each possible scenario: A big Biden win, a narrow Biden win, a narrow Trump win, and a Trump win in the Electoral College but a Biden win in the popular vote.

In a narrow Biden win that Trump contested, the group planned for upwards of four million people to take to the streets in support of Biden—which Fight Back Table is now actively preparing for. But in a Trump win, the group was far more Machiavellian. Not only would people riot (and the report concluded that “the potential for violent conflict is high”), Biden would refuse to concede.

In the “Trump win” scenario, desperate Democrats — stunned by yet another election won by the candidate with fewer votes after credible claims of foreign interference and voter suppression — also sought to send rival slates of electors to Congress. They even floated the idea of encouraging secessionist movements in California and the Pacific Northwest unless GOP congressional leaders agreed to a series of reforms, including the division of California into five smaller states to ensure better Senate representation of its vast population, and statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico.

This, of course, is utter madness, but soon after the Transition Integrity Project’s report was released, prominent Democrats began openly talking about what would happen if Trump actually wins.

Hillary Clinton even went on national television to urge Biden not to concede.

"We’ve got to have a massive legal operation, I know the Biden campaign is working on that," she said on Showtime’s "The Circus." "We have to have poll workers, and I urge people who are able to be a poll worker, we have to have our own teams of people to counter the force of intimidation that the Republicans and Trump are going to put outside polling places. This is a big organizational challenge, but at least we know more about what they’re going to do, and you know, Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch."

Why wouldn’t Biden concede even if the results showed he clearly lost? Because of what a Michael Bloomberg group called Hawkfish calls the “red mirage.”

"When every legitimate vote is tallied and we get to that final day, which will be some day after Election Day, it will in fact show that what happened on election night was exactly that, a mirage," Hawkfish CEO Josh Mendelsohn told Axios. "It looked like Donald Trump was in the lead and he fundamentally was not when every ballot gets counted."

This means that mail-in votes would still be counted long after Election Day, perhaps weeks or even a month or more.

In June, an all mail-in Congressional primary in New York City wasn’t decided until early August—nearly six weeks after Election Day. Two years ago, the long-predicted “Blue Wave” in the midterm elections failed to materialize…until all of the votes in California were counted long after Election Day. Unsurprisingly, Democrats won every one of those races, giving the party the massive win in the House of Representatives that had been predicted.

That's where Fight Back Table comes in: As the votes are being counted long after Election Day, its member groups organize mass protests, which will inevitably devolve into riots.

“There are a lot of scary scenarios,” Sean Eldridge, a Democratic activist who is running one of its member groups, Protect the Results, told The Daily Beast. “We have to be prepared to mobilize in unprecedented ways.”

Fight Back Table's coalition is allegedly split on whether it should mobilize its rioters if Biden loses in the Electoral College but wins the popular vote, but it rather obviously will.

“It’s the hardest scenario,” one source said. “It’s 2016. But it’s that plus all Trump has done on voter suppression. So I think there is a question but I think both sides are going to fight this till the very end.”

What was the very end? The Daily Beast asked.

“I don’t know."

In truth, no one does, but what is known is that there will almost certainly be chaos, and it will almost certainly be highly organized. The left is actively planning it right now.
