Within minutes of news breaking that billionaire philanthropist David Koch's death, Twitter was flooded with hateful, bile-filled invective. Naturally, there were tens of thousands of tweets from random liberals with 26 followers apiece, but the truly staggering thing about liberal hate is that it also comes from verified accounts.
