To quote Judge Smails "The world needs ditch diggers too."
I am constantly and consistently amazed at how many people hate their jobs.
More and more, particularly in service and retail jobs, you'll find sour employees.
They don't want to be there, and they are bothered that you are making them work.
But no one should be miserable at work. If you don't want to be there, quit.
No everyone is a good fit for every job. Jack Welch made that perfectly clear years ago. And that's okay.
There is freedom, BTW's, in not having to go to a job that you hate.
Unemployment in Wisconsin is below three percent. Employers are begging for people who can pass a drug test and want to work. There are plenty of jobs out there.
Not every job will become a career. But you should work hard no matter what you do.
If you're going to be a doctor, be a good one. If you're going to be a ditch digger, be a great one.
