Some of the backlash over Uncle Joe Biden's touching program can be explained in the difference between a 20-something-year-old women and a 70-something-year-old man.
That is part of a conversation that we need to have about millennials, their relationships, and how a lack of personal connection will hurt this country.
But the latest accusation against the former vice president, that he pressed his forehead to a White House intern's forehead when he first met her, is not a generational miscommunication.
It's just plain wrong.
No co-worker anywhere, ever would do that.
There is room to misinterpret a hand on someone's back, or a hug. But you cannot miss the meaning of pressing your forehead against someone's head as if you are trying to meld minds.
