Black voters should be insulted by this Kamala Harris pander. She clearly believes the way to appeal to black voters is to talk about smoking pot and listening to Snoop Dog. So much so, that she lies about it. This is an early 'hot sauce' moment for Kamala Harris. She is pandering to a black culture in America that she clearly does not understand, as a woman who grew up with an Indian mother in a house of privledge.
