Our friends at Pepsi sent out a request for help for a family hit by a horrible tragedy that has left baby twins in peril.
Please help if you have the means:
From the Pepsi team:
On Sunday, Kirk U’Ren and Jenni Steiner, loving parents and passionate Badger fans, were struck by an oncoming vehicle on their way to the Badger basketball game. The tragic accident took Kirk’s life and has left Jenni fighting for hers. Hanging in the balance are their twin one-year old twin boys, Kaden and Grayson.
Being part of the work families of Pepsi-Cola of Madison and Baker Tilly, Kirk and Jenni have touched the lives of many. Kirk recently joined the Pepsi-Cola of Madison team as a Sales Supervisor. Prior to joining Pepsi, Kirk was a wonderful partner in his many years at Walmart. He was instrumental in the development of a partnership between Pepsi and Walmart in raising funds for the Boys and Girls Club and Justin J. Watt Foundation, a foundation committed to providing underprivileged youth the opportunity to play sports. Jenni has been part of the Baker Tilly team since 2005. Jenni is a senior manager on the Public Sector Team in the Baker Tilly Madison office. She is an amazing role model, mentor, teacher to the staff and an integral part of the team’s management. Like so many others who have been touched by this amazing couple, we want to help.
Pepsi-Cola of Madison and Baker Tilly have set up a You Caring account to assist in collecting financial contributions for the U’Ren family. To help support Kirk and Jenni’s dreams for their young sons, consider making a donation. To contribute to the You Caring fund, click on the link below.
