Here’s a fun story: a lefty university dean was quickly booted out of her job for bragging to others about how she’s ignoring Trump’s DEI orders and allowing discrimination and racism to continue her campus.
Megan Pugh. Dean of students at UNC-Ashville- was caught on tape bragging-and saying how much she loves to break the rules.
This is simply an instance of ‘getting caught’...because we have reports from around the country that many- if not most- of these universities and colleges- are reacting the way we thought they would- to President Trump’s DEI orders: they’ll just pretend they are ending them-but reliable them as something else-and keep going if they can.
We knew it was coming- and knew there would have to be a far more serious and organized effort- at the ground level – to ensure these universities comply.
Because- if nothing else has become clear to us over the last 20 years- it’s that these Marxist principals and anti-America hate that are associated with DEI have been deeply embedded in most of our universities and government institutions.
It's going to take more than a federal or state order to strip them out and kill them off.
This is going to take a nation of whistleblowers at the faculty and classroom levels- to root out this leftist racism and discrimination and end it.
There’s an anti-DEI watchdog organization called ‘do no harm’...and it’s just out with a report that shows there are still many colleges- and huge numbers of medical schools-who are openly flouting the anti-DEI laws in red states-
As well as Trump’s federal orders.
This is what these leftists running all these institutions would be doing...working on the belief that they can hide it and ‘outlast’ the Trump administration-
Which is why state, and federal investigations need to follow- with whistleblowers at every institution rating out the offenders.
That’s the only way this virulent new strain of racism is going to be eliminated. The trump administration took an oath to enforce our civil rights laws. Dei and its associated programs-all violate- clear civil rights law.
The entire DEI scheme is meant to label whites as oppressors who cannot be redeemed...and label anyone of color...a victim who cannot get a fair shake- ever-because of their race...and can also never be successful in life so long as they are living under this terrible-yet non-existent- oppression.
Dei is not at all compatible with the ideals of this country or with the American dream.But it’s a great way to scare and indoctrinate people who you want to put under your control and manipulate and lord over for the rest of their lives.
This is some ‘next level’ Marxism. Class warfare didn’t work as a major scare tactic in America- all thru-out the 20th century-and so- the socialists and communists who want to ruin America switched over to racism and race warfare as the major scare tactic instead, and for a while, it worked brilliantly.
And truth be told: the bloom was off this racist rose even before president trump got back into power-but ‘all credit to him and his team’ for having the will and the desire to see DEI crushed as much as we can-thru government action.
It's not like the Trump team doesn’t know we’ve got all sorts of colleges and institutions cheating and still hiding DEI. His administration has investigations going into dozens and dozens of colleges and universities who still clearly have racial discrimination as part of their admissions process and curricula.
And- hey- if Trump -is- another ‘one term’ president and democrats retake control of the white house and these govt agencies again in 2028- maybe- most of these universities can outlast the effort to scrub out DEI.
But if another republican regime follows trumps...and we are looking at 8 to 12 years of uninterrupted right-wing control...
I find it hard to believe that DEI practices are going to survive- that- long term.
Especially when the push is also on at the state level to have lawmakers take more control over what is taught in these public colleges and universities-
And hey-
For anyone who wants to whine about academic freedom and an independent academia-
You should have thought about that before you decided to turn over America’s institutions of higher learning to the Chi-coms and other socialist and communist ideals.
The Washington Post is decrying the fact that lawmakers in the red states are moving to install more rigid requirements around their public universities and tech schools.
Oh...oh! The terrible attack on academic freedom!
I would point out that there are no laws being proposed that tell these institutions what they-cannot offer- as course material.
All they do is categorize some of the leftist nonsense as ‘not mandatory credits.
I think you can figure out how that will affect the classes and professors-who teach that nonsense. If ‘intersectionality and social justice’ classes are no longer mandatory classes required for graduation.... Many kids won’t take them....and interest in those courses will wither and die. That could lead to lefty professors losing their jobs. Or their purpose on campus.
It’s high time we end the nonsense-and this notion that ‘everything but’ the greatness of America and capitalism – needs to be taught in our schools and universities.
Our so-called academics-over the last 30 years- have virtually all willingly joined an indoctrination camp in which- any course or material addressing ‘America’ or ‘western values’ needs to be taught in a negative or nasty light...and only America-hating and ‘western hating’ ideals can be taught as ‘alternatives’ to expand the student’s minds.
That’s complete crap. And it needs to end.
To me-one of the most consequential outcomes of the 2028 election-is this: if we can manage to elect another republican president after this one-and that person gets another 4 to 8 years of control-
This country will have been changed in several very significant ways- that won’t be easily reversed when another dem regime finally does retake the white house- and retake control of all these federal agencies.
Four years from now? It might be relatively easy to resurrect DEI in these govt and academic institutions. 8 or 12 years from now? It’s going to be a lot harder.
