Here’s something that many ‘energy state’ democrats want to know, apparently: so, where does Kamala Harris stand on liquid natural gas exports?
Remember this issue?
Because, apparently, it’s harming several swing-state democrats who are trying to keep their seats in congress-and in state houses.
The Biden-era attack on fossil fuels and bullying on green energy is out of step with most of the American people-
But it’s easy for east coast democrats to force it onto the rest of us, anyway. It’s harder to defend if you are a democrat in fly-over country.... especially if you are representing an ‘energy producing’ state.
You might remember that one of President Biden’s worse ‘early decisions’ of his presidency was to block all new natural gas export projects-
And he did so because
a) democrats automatically cave to their eco-zealot masters now, and
b) because Donald trump had approved them and was bullish on exporting American natural gas to Europe to break their dependency on Russian oil and gas-
Which was very smart geo-political policy as Putin was threatening to invade former soviet countries....
It’s smart policy that Biden and the environmental zealots- could not stand-and so, Biden banned any LNG new export projects.
Well-three and a half years later- the damage that has been done to US interests and businesses has been significant.
To the point that it is becoming a political liability for democrats. Recently, at least a dozen house democrats urged the Biden regime to reverse course and expedite these projects as a way to help Ukraine while also investing in US jobs and businesses.
So far- it’s still a flat ‘no’ from the Biden regime-even though those house democrats make a good case
So, where does Kamala Harris stand on this? And would she be foolish enough and feckless enough to continue this idiotic ban on more liquid natural gas exports?
It’s an answer that more than a dozen vulnerable democrats cannot get- because the Harris campaign is -famously- ‘substance free’. They don’t have a clear or stated agenda on anything.
The most obvious answer is yes, Kamala Harris will be the same sort of puppet that Joe Biden has been for the behind-the-regime leftists who are really running this country. Of course, they’d keep these foolish bans in place.
Folks, the democrat’s energy policies are so bad that we’ve forgotten several stupid ones that are crippling the country and the economy....and the jobs sector...for no particular reason: like this lNG moratorium.
The Biden officials love to tout their green energy projects and their so-called ‘infrastructure spending’...but do you know that the results are coming back on Biden and the dems trillion-dollar infrastructure bill...and it has done nothing aside from waste a trillion dollars of US taxpayer money?

The Biden-Harris administration has said its goal is to help facilitate the construction of 500,000 chargers by 2030.
But as of this spring, the program had resulted in the construction of just seven charging stations, the Washington Post reported. The headline drew widespread scrutiny to the issue at the time.
The Federal Highway Administration told the Washington Examiner that 19 charging stations across nine states are currently operational, with more projects in various stages of development.
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg defended the slow pace of construction on electric vehicle chargers, acknowledging earlier this year that just the “very first handful” of stations has been built.
And that’s not 19 stations with 8 chargers a piece- like a gas station. This is -19 chargers in nine locations. Period. That’s how I read this.
The reason for the delay and failures is-again- largely attributed to the extreme and idiotic DEI and climate change requirements that the Biden admin put on any company or investor before they get this grant money.
One requirement insists that most of these charging stations need to be in so-called ‘disadvantaged areas’...no kidding.
Well, people in disadvantaged areas aren’t driving electric cars....and people who can afford an expensive electric car aren’t about to drive down into the hood to charge up too often.
Instead-those charging stations are going to sit empty-and as we are finding- often inoperable.
Why?
Due to vandalism and theft. It has become routine for little punks to cut off the 8- or 10-foot-long charging cords to sell the copper in them.
So, by all means-let’s put them all in the hood.
There isn’t a thing about any of these programs that makes a lick of sense.... or sets them up for success.
This is the great ‘untold story’ of the Biden era infrastructure bill that Biden’s people and the democrats keep touting.
But this story is correct: Kamala Harris isn’t talking about this much. Probably because it would cause the rest of us to look more closely at the actual results-
And see what we, the American people, have gotten for our money.
So far? For a 1.2 trillion-dollar spending item-we haven’t gotten bupkiss. That’s the truth that the Harris campaign doesn’t want to draw attention to.
And this is only part of the democrat’s failed green agenda. They and their idiotic ideas and their forced mandates have driven up nearly everyone’s electric bill across the country-but most especially in the blue states.
