My friends- we know that ‘social media’ is not ‘real life’.
We know that what’s on social media doesn’t necessarily accurately depict what’s really going on in most of America- or how most Americans view something.
But social media does at least ‘reflect’ society...and by that i mean...what’s on social media is at least ‘a gauge’ of what many Americans are talking about...or what different segments of society are focusing on.
That said: the posts on my twitter feed from the newsmakers, politicians, groups, and news outlets that i follow...were heavily, heavily focused on one story this weekend.
So much so, that this is the first time since I’ve joined Twitter many years ago- that virtually every post was focused on the same thing: how President Biden botched Laken Riley’s name in the state of the union address....and stepped out of line with the ‘woke’ crowd by referencing her killer as an illegal alien....
And yet...after the speech...Biden and his white house only felt the need to fix ‘one’ of those errors. Biden went on MSNBC to apologize to Laken’s killer for using the term ‘illegal’...but still hasn’t’ called her family to either -express regret of the murder of their daughter-
Or- apologize for getting her name wrong in front of a global television community.
Folks- Biden got Laken’s name wrong-and then apologized to her killer-instead of her family!!
And this isn’t the sort of thing that i would normally ‘hop onto’, as all of the other conservative talkers and influencers have. It’s the sort of emotional angst that some talking heads and conservative organizations-only-want to focus on...
But...the reaction this series of flubs Biden made over the last few days has not only ‘gone viral’... It has hit a level that we may need a new term for. It went ‘super-viruses. It went ‘pandemic’.
It’s all anyone was talking about on the political and current events sites...and the disgust and outrage that was being directed at our president and the democrats was very real. Beyond normal.
So much so, that this feels like the ‘Hillary deplorables’ moment of 2024.
Biden insulting the memory of an innocent 22-year-old nursing student and essentially ‘proving’ that he doesn’t really care about the American people and the damage his open borders are causing....
Before he turns around bows to the ‘woke’ socialist progressive crowd- proving-that he’s far more interested in pleasing them- was just too much for all sorts of Americans, over the last few days.
Greg has the audio of Biden apologizing to the illegal community because ‘words hurt’.Laken’s dead...but...’words hurt’.
Johnathan Capehart is the interviewer there, and he’s a black, effeminate guy who’s on staff at MSNBC....who might be their most radical and woke hire-in the entire stable.
Joy Reid is just an open racist. Capehart is the woke socialist scold over there, as you heard.
That apology had Donald trump calling out Biden for being so cold and uncaring to the riley family...while being far more concerned about bowing to the woke crowd.
Biden’s mistakes-and the way his entire regime ‘misplayed’ the reaction to them...proves they care more about Laken’s killer than about her, as the victim...or about the victim’s family. The people currently running our country are just rancid people.
Trump: Biden Should Be Apologizing For Apologizing To Laken Riley's Killer
I said-the people running the country are rancid people.
So are the people ‘protecting’ and ‘supporting’ this group of leaders.
Over the weekend, CNN refused to air an ad related to the Laken riley murder, probably because it’s so effective.
I forget whether we played this audio for you on Friday...but it’s an add that a trump-supporting PAC ran before and after the state of the union address on Thursday- and it’s so powerful-because it’s ‘the truth’.... which can’t be said for most political ads. This is just- truth.
That ad is going to run in the swing states, including Wisconsin here, and it’s going to catch people’s attention.
Laken Riley’s family and a few of her friends were actually at the trump rally in Rome, Georgia on Saturday, and joined him on stage.
I don’t know if they were trump supporters before Laken’s death and how the Biden regime has handled it-but they seem to be now. Biden’s open borders and incredible callousness in the wake of their daughter’s murder has been so disgusting to them.... they helped trump campaign on Saturday.
I don’t know if they will continue to-but Laken Riley’s murder has become a flash point in this 2024 campaign-no doubt-and it won’t just be the GOP base that ads like that resonate with. I’ve been saying for years that 75 to 80 percent of this country -since the George Bush era- has been saying they want that southern border closed and controlled.
This has been going on for so long that every democrat leader who you can name (whose been around dc that long) was an advocate of ‘closed’ borders during the bush era and was insisting on calling ‘illegals’ illegal.
Biden, Hillary, Bill, Schumer and Nancy Pelosi-
Literally name a democrat who was around back then-and they -at least claimed to be-in favor of closing the borders and calling an ‘illegal alien’ an ‘illegal alien’.

You just heard it.
And we can find audio of this era’s democrats saying much the same thing- back in that era. Nancy Pelosi insisted illegal immigration needed to be stopped-but even back then-she was calling them ‘undocumented’.
Bill and Hillary had no problem saying we needed to keep these people out of the country and had no problem calling them illegals.

And so- seriously people-what changed?
Why did the very same people-back then-have some common sense when it came to this issue, but are going out of their way to deny open borders and a flood of uncontrolled immigration into this country is insane and damaging?
What changed?
The politics of it.
The thing that has changed is that the democrats-under these exact same leaders-have driven away America’s working-class voters. They are no longer the party that represents much of the American people.
They are no longer the party that can win by convincing voters they are better on the issues.
And so, they are desperately trying to import tens of millions of new voters.
Honest to God-that’s’ what’s changed.
The dems of the Obama and Pelosi era ‘lost the country’. Turned off America’s silent majority if you will.
And so, in their desperation they opened the dem tent to the kooks and extremists. And one of the most powerful and effective of those extremist groups is- the open borders, hate America crowd.
That’s how they are bowing down to now.
