They sure put the "white" in White House

Jay Weber Show transcript 7/14/23 8:10am

It was the least surprising news ever: that, gee whiz...the Secret Service just cannot figure out who brought the cocaine into the white house.

And of course, they can. There are cameras all over inside and outside of the white house. Everyone is screened- even if well-known guests are-less so.

Anyone coming in that entrance would have been caught on camera-and if the secret service and DOJ-really-wanted to find out who did this-they’d be pulling video and using computer id technology to find them and interview them.

It's ludicrous to suggest that our govt can identify and prosecute 80 year old grannies who were at the capitol on January sixth-but are absolutely clueless here-

Come on.

They don’t want us to know who brought it in.

Because the only other conclusion is that- even if someone brought anthrax into the white house thru this entrance- the secret service would be clueless and wouldn’t be able to track them down.

It’s unacceptable-and it’s highly unlikely.

And frankly, it is another thing that house republicans are virtually-forced-to investigate.

Because, if our white house security can be breached in this way and the culprit really cannot be found? Well-that’s a major bleeping deal- and it needs to be rectified.

The Biden White House might think that this answer gets them off the hook and gets them past the scandal-but this answer- begs. Begs. Congressional oversight, doesn’t it?

Otherwise-our leaders are indicating that they are willing to accept this answer-and chalk it up to incompetence or a flaw in white house security.

If there is incompetence being exhibited here, or a flaw in security, it must be identified and rectified. It can’t just be shrugged off like it’s some minor thing.

We could have had anthrax in the building, but it was cocaine, so...oh well.

It’s why i refuse to believe that they just don’t know. When it comes to the secret service’s reputation, alone, you’d think they’d hunt this down until they found the person.

They had to be ordered to stop-or more likely-

Found the person and are now being instructed by the Biden political team not to disclose who it is.

hen it comes to criminality or scandal around the Bidens, there never seems to be a satisfactory answer to anything. On any level.

They know who did this and they just won’t say. They are protecting some scummy Biden associate-or hunter himself- again.

The person linked to this coke was either a) hunter...or b) someone who is a well-known operator in dc.... if the Biden White House is feeling the need to protect them.

This wasn’t some low-level page or staffer from the senate office building who was there on business...or they’d announce that...even if they didn’t release the name.

The fact that they know everyone is going to assume it’s hunter....and still don’t give a name to make it clear it wasn’t his-

Gee-that really makes it sound like it was hunters, doesn’t it?

Just logically? How is the average voter going to process this story?

You still won’t give us a name? Just to clear hunter?

Then it was hunter.

This is what their ‘no comment, no conclusion’ position leaves us with, here.

This came out after the secret service briefed members of the house oversight committee-whose members were not pleased that they were being lied to, again.

The FBI and Secret Service ran down thousands-thousands of names when it came to finding the January sixth participants...but a few hundred people who they have on video walking in-and who are already known to the white house and secret service! –

That’s too much work to sift thru.  Any visitor using that entrance was going to be someone who was at least familiar to the daily workings of the white house.

Any serious investigation related to white house security could very easily run all those people down.

And I’ll return to the anthrax reference: this turned out to be coke-but the initial alarm was related to the fact that it could be anthrax.

Okay-well- any future situation like this-could be anthrax! - which is why you run it to ground now...make it clear to the public that -you will be caught. Our white house is secure. We have cameras all over. It’s not really this easy to dupe or defeat us.

Instead-

They leave it open ended. As if to encourage someone more sinister to try it again? Correct?

Why do we get bold-faced lies from the Biden White House, again? And on even the simplest, most straight forward things?

I have been marveling at this president-and this administration’s absolute-inability-to tell the truth. On anything.

This is straight forward: just be honest- who brought the coke into the white house.

Why can’t they even do that?

Why does everything have to be a lie?

It’s almost as if ‘lying’ is the stated policy.

I genuinely believe that if President Biden had a tuna sandwich for lunch, and someone asked, Karine Jean Pierre would either lie and say it was peanut butter...or duck the question all-together.... even though she watched him eat it.

She’d flip thru her binder and day.... at. I have no information on that...

This administration lies about. Everything. Every. Single. Thing.

Even something as simple as this.

Even if it was Hunter’s. Just admit it. Just-demonstrate to the American people-that you people in that building have at least a modicum of integrity and honesty left.

That admission certainly wouldn’t hurt hunter’s reputation. How could it?

But then they’d have to charge him.

No, they wouldn’t. This coke fiend just got a pass on a decade’s worth of drug use and criminality that was all caught on tape.

After three years-give us one-genuine moment of honesty. And on a small thing like this.

Just come clean.

Nope. Yet another Biden-related question. Shrouded in mystery, forever more.

You know that this makes the secret service agents look like stooges- and so you know that they were willing to run this down and find the person-

So, they were either blocked from doing it, or they actually found the perp, only to have the white house insist agents lie about it –

And either way-the secret service agents look like bumbling stooges.

This can’t sit well with them.
