Duke Pesta, tenured professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, joins Vicki on the Vicki McKenna Show to discuss the story recently posted to Empower Wisconsin about the fraudulent claims of political and gender discrimination made against him by a student and the university. Duke and Vicki go over the original claim of political discrimination from his former student, who was failing his class, and how the university changed the complaint once it became clear the first tactic would fail. Duke also discusses the role the university newspaper has had in this investigation against him
