Democrats are blasting this week's vote on the Green New Deal as a 'show vote.'
Let's be honest, it was.
And the vote showed plenty.
Not a single Democratic U.S. Senator voted for the plan to end fossil fuels and regulate cow farts.
Why? They say to protest. Or because they are afraid of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Or because she told them to vote present.
But why vote present? Do Democrats not want to have a debate? Do they not want to show how much support they actually have for saving the planet in the next dozen years?
Instead this show vote showed how vapid Democrats are. How they don't truly believe in the ideas that they spout on TV and on the campaign trail.
Show votes show things. And this show vote showed a lot.
