Now we know why they call him the most sued mascot in major league baseball...and the Phillie Phanatic has done it again....but this time he won't face legal action. During a game last week the Phanatic used his hot dog gun to fire a duct tape-wrapped hot dog into the stands. It struck a lady in the eye, sending her to the hospital with a blackened eye, but thankfully no concussion.
