Here's Vicki's recipe for "Crack Brownies"
- 1 box brownie mix, any brand (I like Ghirardeli!)
- 1 tube of refrigerated cookie dough (and flavor but peanut butter and sugar cookie dough work the best IMHO)
- 12 full size Reese's peanut butter cups
- Cut the cookie dough into 12 pieces, smush into greased muffin tin.
- Place one peanut butter cup upside down in each muffin
- Spoon brownie mix over each
- Bake at 325 for 25-30 mins.
