Lee Otto, Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, joins the program to discuss the video of his being handcuffed outside of a Menards for the "crime" of not wearing a mask. Lee and Vicki discuss the circumstances surrounding his trip to this particular Menards, his interactions with first a manager of the store and then the police officer who has called to the scene, and Lee details how he was able to stay so calm during such a chaotic event. They also discuss what people can do to help someone who finds themselves in a similar situation
