Tourists in Paris, France are not too happy with the city's idea to deal with a shortage of rest rooms: open air urinals for men. Not a joke, these really are popping up in parks around the city, and some are actually using them. As you'll see in the photo that accompanies the article, these don't offer much in the way of privacy, but I guess they are better than San Francisco's "open air" urinals that are basically places where you can relieve yourself while surrounded by bushes... or a small screen. In most cities they would call that "public urination" and you'd get a ticket, or placed under arrest! The city of lights....er...open urinals
