By far, the most interesting twist to the mass shooting incident at the Minneapolis church- is that the trans-shooter said- right in his manifesto- I wish I’d never brainwashed myself into believing I was trans.
Wow.
That’s quite an admission, given everything we’ve been talking about related to the left’s early and relentless effort to ‘transition’ all sorts of children who are very likely, only ‘temporarily gender confused’ because they are entering puberty...or.... due to peer pressure...or ...most likely...due to mental illness.
I can’t tell you how often we have talked about this on this show over the last several years: how many people get a little older and express their regrets-and say- I was simply told I was gender confused because I was depressed. My parents took me to a psychologist or doctor because they thought they were doing the right thing...and after a visit or two.... Suddenly, I was in this ‘gender transition’ pipeline.
So, to have the NY post, the daily mail, and even a few left-wing media outlets report this story yesterday, is quite a turn-of-event.
This person was mentally ill and given that we now have a rash-and a growing list of ‘gender-confused’ and angry young people committing mass murders. It’s clearly time to take this issue more seriously.
I agree with Jesse Water’s comments on his Wednesday night show: the left in this country is weaponizing depressed and anti-social children and turning them into culture warriors and unleashing them on society.
Whether it’s intentional, or whether it’s a side effect of the twisted indoctrination job they are doing on them-that is the net effect.

But we are living in an age in which the activist left and just about every democrat lawmaker and pundit is ‘glorifying’ transgenderism. Trying to elevate it as a protected class ....and legitimize it as a powerful and important part of our society...instead of characterizing it is a group of ‘unhappy’ and ‘mentally tortured people’ who otherwise need our help in sorting out their feelings about themselves.
Repeatedly, today’s democrats and alphabet activists are failing these kids.
They are certain they are ‘helping’ and ‘saving’ these kids, but again, today’s democrats and activists are failing these kids.
This is just an ugly chapter in Minnesota’s history-and if voters there don’t ‘right this ship’ in the next election...one of our neighboring states could be lost to the anti-America and anti-common-sense forces for a very long time.
Because of this batch of left-wing Minnesota leaders? Cannot be allowed to remain in office past 2026 or 28.
These morons and their nutty nonsense helped create this shooter: helped create another ‘gender confused’ young person who-right as he was moving into adulthood- was being poisoned by the relentless focus on transgenderism as something to be celebrated and promoted…but also something to be ‘acted upon’....by lashing back against society. Convince yourself that the reason you feel like a ‘freak’ ....is because society let you down. Everyone else in this little drama you are living- is the problem. Not you.
Jim Gherity mentions that some mass shooters are so-called grievance collectors. This is the actual term that psychologists and the FBI profilers use for them.
And this ‘grievance collecting’ plugs in perfectly with the poisonous messages the left-wing activists, alphabet crowd, and politicians are feeding our young people:
We’ve seen this in many of these mass shooters- including all the trans-individuals.
And Gherity suggests, when the mass shooter justifies their heinous actions in some twisted version of ‘right wing’ grievances...the mass media and dem politicians run with it and blame it on ‘our side of the aisle’.
But if the shooters justify their actions in some twisted version of left-wing ideology...suddenly that same mass media wants to focus on ‘gun control’.
Yep.
We’ve seen it again again...over the decades that we’ve been dealing with these mass shootings...
But I also feel the need to point out again that very, very few of these mass shootings-either statistically- or in real numbers- have actually been carried out by ‘right wing’ grievance collectors.
Nearly every one of these mass shootings that we’ve seen-going back decades- has been committed by a left-wing kook...or someone like this young man who has been indoctrinated into the left-wing dogma...and is carrying around...and acting on...left-wing hatreds.
It wasn’t a Donald trump fan who showed up at baseball diamond a few years ago to try to kill as many congressmen as he could. It was a Bernie Sanders fan.
The two or three people-each year- who are stopped while trying to get into the US Capitol with a gun...or ram the gates of the white house...are never ‘magi members’ looking to lash out. They always turn out to be unstable, left-wing kooks.
Why do you think that?
And until we force our fellow Americans to be honest about this, we are never going to find solutions to these shootings.
As senator Jim banks of Indiana posted Wednesday:
"When you “affirm” and elevate mental illness instead of treating it, people get hurt."
Yep. And by the way-
You know who else isn’t helping here?
Our medical associations.
Our US medical associations used to be some of the most trusted health institutions on the planet...and now...they have largely been taken over by leftists who only pretend to ‘know what’s best’ for the rest of us....and only pretend to be following science.
The left-wing elites and planners know that if they control all of the levers and institutions of our society- they control the society.
