Kilmer Abrego Garcia might be checking out the weather in Uganda, today.
He’s the Salvadoran MS-13 member who the left has tried to make the innocent poster child of the trump deportation effort.
This confirmed scumbag/human trafficker/wife abuser was basically ‘set up’ to be deported a second time by a Tennessee judge who-thought! - she was doing a kind thing: letting him go until a criminal trial date.
And if a judge says he can’t go back to his native El Salvador, then he’s going to be sent to a
so-called ‘safe third country’...and trump’s team is thinking ‘Uganda’. Good grief.
In what was one of the more ridiculous moments, yesterday, Garcia’s lawyer argued that it was terrible to send Garcia to a country where he didn’t know the language.
Folks, this clown has been in America for over ten years and still doesn’t know English. He still speaks only Spanish.
So, it’s inhumane to deport him- out? - of a country where he doesn’t know the language-and send him-to? - a country where he doesn’t know the language?
Come on.
Listen to tom Homan, Trump’s border czar, who joined fox news yesterday- long enough to make it clear that- look-this guy has been ordered ‘out’ of the country twice by federal judges. He is a dangerous illegal thug. He will not be staying in America.
And yes, the left-wing activists and Garcia’s attorney will try to find yet another judge to block ‘this’ deportation...but... The law and longstanding court precedent is on the administration’s side: this clown -will not- be allowed to stay in America.
And as I said yesterday: the way the dc democrats and their activists have handled this?There is absolutely no way the Trump team is going to back down.
This has become a test of wills and legal might at this point- and if the laws and constitution of this country ‘mean anything’ – then this clown is going to be deported. With or without his fat wife and three kids.
You can’t be ‘illegal trafficker and hardcore thug’ by day....and cuddly ‘father of three’ at night. Let’s not pretend that he was ‘pulling that off’ before a judge ordered him to be deported.
Moreover, even if you strip away all the ‘MS-13’ stuff...and all of the domestic abuse stuff.... We still end up with a man who is an illegal alien in this country who has been ordered ‘for removal’ by two different federal judges. It’s way past time-to ‘remove him’.
Get. Out. Already. We’ll give you a ‘Spanish to Luganda’...as a parting gift.
Yes, the language in Uganda is called ‘Luganda’. I looked it up.
But guess which language is primarily spoken in Uganda? The top language is actually- English.
No kidding. And so, if he’s deported there- Abrego Garcia will still be surrounded by English speaking people!
Even his lawyer’s ‘language excuse’ is fraudulent.
But- the final kicker here is- if Trump’s team doesn’t deport him immediately, his trafficking trial is set for January ...when he will very likely be convicted and sentenced to a lengthy US prison term- before he’s deported upon completion of the sentence.
There is no ‘daylight’ here, for this evil clown.
There is no ‘ray of hope’ for Kilmer Abrego Garcia or...Madre Gorda. They should just ‘take the plane ride’ and start a new life somewhere else.
Nothing says he must stay in Uganda. Get ‘resourceful’. Get yourself back to South America, if that’s where you want to be. Or maybe Canada or England is dumb enough to accept you.
But you won’t live here!
That’s the bottom line for all of this. As tom Homan keeps reminding reporters: these illegals can take their family back home with them. All this whining about ‘separating families’ is really ‘on them’. The family can stay here if they are legal citizens-or they can set off on an adventure in that parent’s homeland. But ‘the parents must go. They broke the law and can’t be here.
And in the instance of Kilmer Abrego Garcia- he is literally a thug criminal. A member of a very dangerous foreign gang. He’s on tape smuggling women. Trafficking them. Engaging in reprehensible behavior.
Even Uganda is too good for him.
