Another indication of how strong and defiantly lefty Washington DC insiders are- is that Virginia schools are some of the most defiant in the nation when it comes to the Trump ‘anti-Dei’ agenda.
Many, many DC power brokers, insiders, and regular old ‘deep state’ staffers live in Virginia. Right across the Potomac River.
The district of Columbia is on the eastern side of the river and was carved out of land that-otherwise-would be Maryland. Then, right across the river, you’ve got Virginia. Arlington National Cemetery. Reagan international airport.
And so many of the people who live, work, and serve our federal government live in Virginia-and i don’t think it’s a coincidence that the state of Virginia, schools, then- are some of the most screwed up and leftist in the nation.
For example: it’s these schools that were trying to hide sexual assaults in the girls’ bathrooms that were being committed by a ‘trans kid’... Which led to angry school board meetings…and Joe Biden’s regime deciding to investigate the parents who objected to boys in girl’s bathrooms as ‘terrorists.
Remember?
Now-in the Trump era- Virginia school districts are some of the most adamant in the country that they will not will. Not- give up on forcing boys into girls’ sports and the overall transgenderism agenda.
This will touch off a fight with the trump administration- that is not going to end well for them.
But here’s the thing: there-is- a historical definition here. There-is- the ‘clear language’ of the title nine law-and how it’s written.
Just because -for four years out of the last 50- a single ‘four years’ administration insisted that it ‘meant something else’...doesn’t mean it ‘meant something else’.
And in front of any appeals court- much less ‘this supreme court’- I don’t see Virginia schools winning these cases.
Moreover- Trump and his legal teams at DOJ and education have four years to fight it out-and see this thru.
See-this is part of the genius of a second term Trump team that was ‘super prepared’ to hit the ground running. We’ve never quite seen something like this before- in the history of the country: where a president and his team-lost- a second consecutive term…. but then waited and plotted for four years…and had an astonishing list of agenda items laid out- with the strategies to get them implemented quickly- before they won that second term.
We’ve never seen this sort of ‘pre-planning’ and ‘pre-scheming -ever- and so far, it’s working out great for Trump and for the country.
In an instance like this: Trump’s team blitzes in and restores title nine and bans this transgender bullying in our schools…and then has a full four years to enforce it and implement it- before any other president can possibly move to change it back.
We will have four years of enforcement, here, before Virginia schools- and the nation’s schools-even have a ‘chance’ to hide or defy these Dei and transgender orders and keep them in place.
And if ‘the next’ president is also a republican- it’s going to be very difficult for dems to return to this nonsense 8 years from now. And do it easily.
But-when Trump was issuing all this reversal orders-in some instances-I said: most enforcement will come from whistleblowers.
As in: how do we know our school districts are complying with the law and title nine, and not defying trump’s common-sense changes?
Well-
Because the kids, parents, and faculty members-across the country- will all be acting as watchdogs and raising alarms over the violations.
Right?
And we’ve already got good examples here- out of Virginia and Kansas.
In Virginia- in Loudoun County schools, the policy sparked a controversy when three boys-
Three high school boys- didn’t feel comfortable changing in front of a girl who insists she feels like a boy-- changing with them in the boy’s locker room.
So, this wasn’t an instance of a boy in the girls’ facilities, which has normally been the situation. This instance is reversed- with boys feeling uncomfortable with a trans-boy- in their midst.
And in typical lefty form- they! - were suddenly in trouble with the administration for not shutting up and accepting it.
This had Virginia’s attorney general defending the three boys and launching a probe of that district. Enter Trump’s education and civil rights divisions- and the Loudoun County schools are going to be screwed if they don’t start following federal law.
So far, these five districts have refused, but they’re very likely to ultimately lose in court- after costing the taxpayers of Virginia gobs of money in legal fees-
And-
And-they are very likely to lose tens of millions of dollars in federal aid for their districts and their communities if they don’t relent.
I just-don’t see- how districts like these- around the country-who are still trying to defy our title nine laws- are going to get away with it for very long.
Because there will be ‘uncomfortable and mortified kids’ and concerned parents and faculty- in every district-who will end up blowing the whistle and forcing their own districts to comply with common sense and give up the leftist trans-bullying.
Another example comes out of Kansas.
Now, come on- what school board or administrator- in conservative Kansas- thought they could get away with hiding their trans bullying and Dei agendas?
Apparently, school boards in four Kansas districts thought they could pull it off. But last week-
So, once again, it was whistleblowers approaching the state’s attorney general and the trump administration.
The Kansas AG is ‘on board’ with the Trump administration. And these four school districts are now targets for lawsuits and enforcement actions.
Enforcement on all these matters is the key. We’ve seen ‘any number’ of presidential administrations who come in …and pretend to change things…but only really do a little bit of tinkering to get some headlines…then move on.
We’ve talked about how the trump team needs to be committed to-by God-enforcing these new anti-Dei and anti-trans bullying- rules to ensure compliance.
I’m sure there are already hundreds of complaints against school districts and universities across the
Country- and that number will soon be in the thousands.
Luckily, the leftists have grown government to the point that we have robust ‘enforcement’ arms of the
Civil rights and education departments….and those thousands of employees can now be used to enforce compliance of ‘right wing’ and ‘common sense’ rules…instead of bullying district leaders and parents with more leftist malarkey.
The crackdown is critical to any Trump era policies being implemented across the board and taken seriously…and we are seeing it…
And best of all: Trump’s motivated team here has three and a half years to carry out their clear orders and ensure this sticks.
I can’t emphasize enough how ‘huge’ it is that president trump and his team moved to change and implement these changes -and start this ideological fight with our leftist educational establishment- in
The first months of his term…instead of trying to get this off the ground…midway…or in the final months before an election.
That sort of move only ensures it’s easily reversed if the other side wins and takes over.
Trump’s move against the left’s alphabet and Dei bullying- is incredibly important and significant. And it’s great to see for the ⅔ to ¾ of Americans, who are simply exhausted with all of this leftist bullying and twisted virtue-signaling.
