This is going to ‘thrill’ some people in the audience- given that it’s coming from me-
The guy who doesn’t believe that ‘anyone ever gets punished for their criminality’ in the DC swamp:
I must admit, it’s looking like senator Adam Schiff could be facing some federal charges related to the abuse of his chairmanship during the trump era...and how he orchestrated damaging leaks about trump to the media. Even as he pretended, he didn’t know where they were coming from or how they were getting out.
Under normal circumstances-I would still say this ‘amounts to nothing’ in any other political era or presidential administration.
But the fact that these revelations are coming to light in an era in which president Trump and his team have vowed to clean up government-and- Trump has Janine Pirro and Pam Bondi and a bunch of tough legal shooters who are going to be looking at these cases?
I’ve got to say...we might see charges here.
As an example: when Hillary’s clear federal crimes were revealed, James Comey and the democrats still controlled the dept of justice. They weren’t about to charge her for the crimes she committed...etc.
And everyone else involved was protected by the deep state. Any one of these men who could be charged ‘now’ for trying to rig the 2016 election with the Russia collusion smear- could have been charged back then. Instead, their actions were covered up, because they! Were the people who were supposed to be honestly enforcing the law! Right?
But in this era: we’ve got a dept of justice that matches up in tone and political affiliation with the team in the white house-
The American people might finally see some justice after all.
And I hope they nail Adam Schiff on both his mortgage fraud and his crimes related to leaking classified materials-
Because that’s what this is: constitutional lawyer Jonathan Turley is even saying: this is very serious for Adam Schiff.
I know most of you know the basics by now-but for those who don’t: Kash Patel, our new FBI director, has found a series of very damning documents related to a whistleblower who came forward in 2017. Approached FBI agents in 2017-and said- I’m a democrat who works on the senate intelligence committee staff...and chairman Schiff if breaking the law by organizing and authorizing leaks to the media.
This whistleblower- who is one of Schiff’s fellow democrats, mind you- knew these actions were illegal...and felt this was treasonous.
But- not if he was leaking classified material- no.
And that’s why this needs to be looked at again-and why Jonathan Turley says- this isn’t easily dismissed.
Investigators would have to go back and interview Schiff’s fellow committee members at the time-and the aides that were working for them. They’d have to see if Schiff or others were stupid enough to take any notes about committing these actions. You’d need some hard evidence and witness testimony for any trial or prosecution-
But-as Johnathan Turley also said: everyone in dc knows how serious it is to lie to the FBI...so...this isn’t the sort of thing that a ten-year veteran of that intelligence committee would do or say cavalierly.
Yes.
And some of the evidence might surround the sudden firing-of this whistleblower.
That scummy Swalwell- who you might remember both employed as a staffer-and slept with- a Chinese spy-
Yes, it’s that dope-
Swalwell does have a reputation for leaking classified information and it sounds like Kash Patel has found more evidence of that sort- against Swalwell- too.
You wonder if Swalwell won’t be in the DOJ crosshairs, soon.
But- given that Adam Schiff was the chief-and relentless- public purveyor of these Russian collusion smears-
This all makes sense, doesn’t it?
Then understand that-another FBI document in this batch- says Schiff was expecting to be made the director of the CIA if Hillary Clinton won the election.
It sounds like Schiff might have been promised this job by Hillary....and had extra motivation to make sure that Russia collusion smear got started...and stuck.
Which brings up another question: was Schiff leaking classified documents and smearing trump so zealously – on his own? - because he wanted that CIA job?
Or was he told by Hillary: if you help me smear trump with this Russia rumor...I’ll make you CIA director?
I would love to know the answer to that question.
At yesterday’s press briefing- (shock of shocks)- a reporter asked Karoline Leavitt about Schiff leaking classified information-and whether he should be investigated.
Schiff only seemed to double and triple down on the Russia collusion smear- after Hillary lost.
Remember-most of this effort to smear trump with the Russia stuff -gained steam- after trump won.
It gained steam with Barrack Obama sitting in the white house...angry over the fact that trump would come in and easily undo all his ‘good work’...with his own executive orders.
That’s what motivated Obama-in December of 2016- a month after Hillary had already lost- to gather his group of ‘close criminals’- Brennan, Clapper, rice, etc.- and order them to change the final intelligence report that was due to be released on the election.
That’s what motivated Obama to say: change the report from ‘we see no evidence of Putin interfering on trump’s behalf’..... to ‘Putin cheated for Trump’.
As that’s going on at the White House the scummy, ugly Adam Schiff is over in the senate office building- stewing over the fact that he’s not going to be CIA director.
That easily gets us to a personal vow to ruin trump any way he can- correct?
Now imagine if that scumbag and congenital lair had become our CIA director?
Imagine how he would have been using and abusing his power against other people? Even more conservatives?
Man-did we ever dodge a bullet when Hillary lost. Hey?
