Trump’s going to win nearly all of them eventually....
I got to keep going back to that reminder- now that so many of these bogus court cases filed against the trump administration are being decided in his favor.
I knew they would be because they were originating out of a blind fury and a rush to find leftist judges and ‘stop him’- rather than being filed on any sort of legal or constitutional grounds.
The vast majority of these 250 or so legal cases filed against president trump’s actions over the last six months... Are desperate flailing by the left...not organized or thoughtful push back.
Again yesterday-president trump’s white house won another legal victory.
On Tuesday-it was an 8-1 supreme court decision that verified a president can fire personnel and ‘right size’ government. We all knew that was the case-but the lefty rage resulted in that decision: which should have been a unanimous decision. Ketanji Brown Jackson got her dissent so wrong that even ‘fellow activist liberal’ Sonya Sotomayor slapped her down.
Then yesterday, Wednesday, we saw a federal judge rule that the dept of justice-can- go ahead and kill off 800-million dollars in grant money that the Biden regime had awarded to programs that support...quote...’violence reduction’.
I have no idea what sorts of specific programs were planning on getting this federal money...but I do know that...after watching 30 years of bogus ‘anti-violence programs’ and ‘community efforts to prevent violence’.... All of them are BS...and have never worked.
This is another long-time spigot of state and federal money that we award to what are -largely- grifter groups that pop up right after a chunk of taxpayer money is set aside to address something.
It's just like ‘green energy grants’...but this is an even longer scam: the government announces ’ten-million dollars is being made available for new anti-crime initiatives’... And every scammer with a suit or a sundress-and a slick story....rushes to claim ‘I run an anti-violence program’.
Some of them already do- because they started the grift years ago and have taken and wasted taxpayer dollars for decades. Others invent it as they go along.
So, what’s your program?

I’ve never seen a so-called ‘anti-violence’ program prevent or lower violence. And that includes the dare program. Which is now a decades long waste of taxpayer money.
Yesterday, this ruling was from a liberal DC judge. Who...none-the-less.... appears to have understood the most recent supreme court ruling on bogus injunctions and game playing.
That-my friends- is the first evidence that we’ve seen that ‘at least some’ of the district court judges understand the supreme court’s ruling of about a week ago that basically said: knock off all the political game playing and nationwide injunctions.
You can tell this judge really...really...wanted to side with the leftists and grifters who sued to try to keep this useless grant money flowing...but ultimately...he knew he couldn’t.
I loved the ‘whine’ afterward from the democracy forward foundation-which filed the suit.
Well, of course it did, because the grift is over.
But folks- even if you don’t consider this sort of taxpayer spending on dubious efforts as ‘a scam’...let’s acknowledge that there is no guarantee that organizations currently getting government grants- will continue to get those grants forever.
This is a lesson that planned parenthood, these lefty grifters, and other organizations tied to the long-time ‘deep state’ scammers are finally learning. There’s no law .and nothing in the constitution. That says, once you are on the govt teat...you can never be taken off of it.’
Private businesses and we average workers know this. Talk to any manufacturer: they know that...geez...we’ve been making aluminum cans for coca cola for a decade...but just lost the contract.Ugh. It’s a killer. It’s going to mean job losses and profit loss...but...guy! Darn it...
But that’s business.
Or...we’ve had the Packer’s concession contract for five years and may. It’s been sweet...but they just decided to go with someone else. Goll...darn it....
Only in government do privileged people and organizations assume that they can keep their grants and gifts going forever. To the point that they rush to sue the taxpayers when they lose them.

The US senate finally started to move on the first rescission package from the white house.
This is the process of canceling spending that congress had already approved...but now the presidential administration doesn’t want to spend.
This is just a very small ‘first couple of items’ that trump wants to cancel following the doge effort.
It’s 9.4 billion dollars in savings by defunding NPR and PBS....and canceling the billions in funding that this shadowy ‘USAID’ organization had been spreading around to mostly fill the pockets of dc insiders and their close family members...but also to expand leftism across the globe without the American people being aware of it...
The house and speaker Mike Johnson quickly passed this request after the trump white house sent it over to capitol hill. That was weeks ago.
John Thune and the senate were struggling to get the reconciliation package done...and so now...this is their ‘next item’.
Most republican congressmen hope to hold a quick vote on this and pass it. Done. 9.4-billion dollars saved. Us-aid dead. No more taxpayer funding for the corporation for public broadcasting...which it simply doesn’t need anymore...and hasn’t for decades.
Alas-
Nothing is easy when it comes to a US senate caucus has 53 members who all think they are ‘mini presidents’....and when about five or six, at least.... are difficult squishes who never want to go along with the rest of the caucus.
On this rescission package, too- here comes Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski and a few other perpetual squishes and whiners- to block the funding cuts.
The latest is John Thune wants to call the vote. But isn’t willing to predict that this will even pass.... thanks to the number of ‘big government Rinos who still exist in this caucus.
