The rioting and targeting of ice agents in both New York and LA over the weekend are concerning. You probably heard that president Trump called out two thousand California National Gaurdsmen to restore and keep the peace- which had Governor Gavin Newsom all ‘butt hurt’ because he thought that was ‘his job’...and yes. He didn’t do it when he could have.
But there were also more than 20 arrests in New York city as a mob tried to block ice agents from doing their work- there.
This comes as idiots like Hakeem Jefferies and AOC are urging New York citizens and activist groups to get involved in trying to stop these ice raids.
We were saying last week that this is only going to encourage violence-and either result in ice agents and police being hurt- or having to hurt others-as they defend themselves.
And to the NYPD’s credit-when these ice agents needed back up protection- New York’s cops responded quickly and with a show of numbers.
That -was not- the situation in la- where it took the LAPD about two hours to report to the distress call.
That’s one reason that the la actions got so far out of hand and basically turned into riots.
This had Trump deploying the National Guard:
The ice agents were after about 40 known criminals-and many of them were hard-core thugs. The dept of homeland security put out the rap sheets on them, afterward, and it acted as proof that these activist idiots don’t even know what they are protesting-
Because these are people who residents should be happy, ice is removing from their midst.
Genuinely: LA residents should be offering ice agents coffee cake and crullers after the raids...given the sorts of predators and scumbags that ice is taking off the streets.
These are people who residents of LA-should want- out of their community. And i have no doubt that it’s antifa and BLM and the normal America-hating, socialist organizations who are organizing and participating in these actions to ‘counter ice’...
But to have our democrat elected leaders encouraging it is inexcusable.
The genuine idiot- who la has as a mayor- Karen Bass- reacted exactly the way you would have expected her to: she took to social media and was quoted in interviews as saying, ‘these raids are outrageous, and we won’t stand for them’.
Bass did nothing to try to stop the rioting or targeting of law enforcement officials and spent at least a day ‘in solidarity’ with the illegal thugs and the rioters.
Then- interestingly- Karen bass’s rhetoric took a dramatic change in tone. And no, she never did back ice and the cops- as any responsible elected leader should – no.
But she did dramatically ‘de-escalate’ with her rhetoric. This had to be after it dawned on her that the things that she had already said-and had her staff put in written form- were all the trump administration would need to charge her with obstructing a federal law enforcement action-
And ending up in court, herself, like judge Hannah Dugan here in Milwaukee.
Meanwhile- Gavin Newsom-the useless, blow-dried governor out there, seemed really miffed that president trump called out the California National Guard-
When he, Newsom, either ‘intentionally wasn’t’...or...intended to at some point...after giving people the ‘room to riot’ first.
Newsom’s response was particularly foolish:
What does he want to see? Dead ice agents? Or dead Angelinos? Before he steps in to restore order?
What an unserious clown Gavin Newsom is.
Part of the ‘big deal’, apparently, as that some of these looked like ‘workplace raids’...even if the agents were going after known criminals.
Expect to hear more whining about David Huerta, because the SEIU out in California is chock-full of Hispanic members- many of them illegal- you’ve got to assume-
And out in California- unions like this one are militant. Militantly powerful and corrupt.The democrats out there-and Huerta, himself- could not have been happier that he was arrested-
Because now they think they can use his arrest to rally the unionistas and really galvanized California and the country against Trump’s deportation efforts.
This clown wasn’t peacefully observing the ice operation. He stepped in to try to stop it-and got arrested for that. But expect them to try to make a martyr out of Huerta in the coming days.
I’d like to say i am surprised that today’s democrat lawmakers ‘still don’t get this’. But I’m not.
They keep doubling and tripling and quadrupling down on defending illegal criminals against deportation- and keep thinking that they are fooling the rest of us by claiming these are ‘innocent fathers and mothers who are the ones being deported-
They still can’t see that all of their lying and cartoonish hyperbole are backfiring on them-and making them look like idiots.
First of all-he didn’t say ‘illegal immigrants’- and second- those arrested were all thugs with rap sheets. A few of them have even been deported once or twice.
Do these democrats really think they are fooling us?
Another famous ‘America hater’, Prymala Jayapal, a congresswoman from Washington state- has just started to hold...quote...shadow hearings...into the activities of the Trump administration.
What are ‘shadow hearings?
Well- they are fake hearings that the lawmaker or party who are ‘out of power’ pretend are real hearings to ‘highlight’ their issue...or play to the media.
The democrats control nothing in the house. Jayapal has zero authority to call for-or schedule-any real house hearings.
And so, instead, she and a group of other ‘theatre kids’ in dc...are going to get together to stage fake hearings...with only democrats sitting on the dais...and only their hand-selected guests testifying to how terrible Trump is.
Here's how Jayapal kicked off her first fake stage production last week.
Whoever it was that dubbed today’s democrats ‘the theatre kids’.... was a genius. That’s exactly what they are.
There’s nothing serious about any of the positions that they take-or the nonsense events that they stage.
It really is just ‘theatre’ that they hope will trick people.
