I’ve got to say: I’m surprised that the controversy over the Jake tapper/ Alex Thompson book has leaked into a second week of coverage, now, due to this question of ‘who lied and when’ about Joe Biden’s decline....and ‘which media outlets were accomplices and why’.
Again, on his podcast on Friday, former ABC guy Mark Halperin talked about why he and his friends are spending so much time talking about it on his podcast-
It’s because-as i said all last week- this is a media scandal that’s at least as big as the Biden scandal.
The democrats and the legacy media outlets acted-in concert- to cover it up. They did it together-and willingly....and that’s why it’s a big deal that shouldn’t be a one- or two-day story.
Halperin went on to say: look at how the people on the democrat side who were courageous enough to say it were treated? Congressman Dean Phillips was savaged and blackballed by the media. Even George Clooney was savagely attacked and labeled a traitor...etc.
Everyone who spoke up got brutally treated and bullied. Because ‘that’s today’s democrat party’...and ‘that was the true nature of the Bidens and their regime’...as some of us were telling you, all along.
So...as is the case with Washington DC: now that it doesn’t matter anymore, the truth is coming out.
Now the deep state insiders can ‘allow it’ to be proven that we conservatives were right-on everything-related to Joe Biden’s dementia and his disastrous fraud of a presidency... Because it doesn’t really matter anymore.
Sure- it will be scandalous. But no one will be held accountable- ever- for the fact that the leaders of the democrat party and their accomplices in the media lied and hid things and spun false narratives for four years...under Biden...just as they had under Clinton and Obama-
But- with more extreme consequences this time around for the American people, the presidency, and our federal institutions.
And isn’t it a coincidence that -at the same time an Axios reporter has a book out detailing joe Biden’s dementia- Axios happens to be the news outlet that quote...’gets its hands on’ the audio of a confused Joe Biden being interviewed by special counsel Robert Hur- on hiding classified documents.
If anyone thinks this is just a coincidence, they’re being naive.
It’s clear that Alex Thompson, the co-author of this book with jake tapper-
In fact- one rumor has Thompson writing the entire thing and not being able to get it published unless he had a more famous name to sell it-and so- tapper just put his name on it to get it published-
But it’s clear that Alex Thompson of Axios has had this audio of the Robert Hur interview for some time. Congress should investigate where ‘Axios’ got it and how long they’ve had it-
Because this is something that Merrick Garland and the Biden white house refused to release all through the rest of Biden’s presidency.
Most of you know the backstory: Hur was appointed a special counsel by garland to quote...investigate.... whether Joe Biden had stolen classified documents over the years-that he never should have kept-as a senator and vice president-
And all sorts of government files-including classified files-were found scattered all over the Biden home in Delaware-including in the dining room and the garage-
And considering their witch-hunt attempt to ruin Donald trump over allegedly taking classified documents- they kind of had to pretend with Biden...
And oop!Yep. They discovered that as both a senator and a Veep-Joe Biden had committed the-actual-crimes that they were falsely accusing trump of committing.
And then Hur and Garland had a problem on their hands: how do they excuse away Biden’s obvious law breaking and criminality and not charge him.
That’s when we got the excuse from Bob Hurr that...well. Biden’s just a confused old man now and we’d never get a jury to convict him.
Remember?
Well-the full audio reveals just how confused and rambling and ‘out of it’ Joe Biden was in this five-hour interview.
And -this really should-rank up there with one of the biggest presidential scandals of all time.
And no one’s going to be made to answer hard questions about it? Much less be held accountable?
Nope. Not with today’s accomplice media and deep state leftists. No.
Republican congressmen are about the only ones with the power to launch inquiries-and they are busy dealing with more important matters right now.
And so- we get the typical, leftist ‘deep state’ conclusion here. Just like James Comey gave Hillary Clinton a complete pass on her incredible amount of criminality in 2015-after a cushy 3 hour interview that was never even taped or transcribed-
Hur and Garland gave Joe Biden a complete pass for his-decades- of criminality, too.
As one pundit quipped: Hillary said she didn’t ‘mean to’ violate the law. Joe Biden couldn’t remember violating the law. So... oh, well. Let’s just move on.
This is how the dc thugs ‘roll’, folks.
Even Axios should be investigated for ‘where’ they got these audio recordings. How did they magically end up in Axios’ hands? They never explained ‘how’ on Friday.
So-how is Axios getting confidential things released to them by the deep state when sitting congressmen issuing formal subpoena for that same material can’t get it.
That’s more dc ballcap that’s got to come to an end.
Last June, Garland appeared to lie to congressman Fitzgerald and a house panel by saying he hadn’t heard the tapes...and yet....there he was...in front of congress...insisting they couldn’t have them because the content on them was too sensitive to be released.
How’d he knows, if he hadn’t heard them?
So-news flash-Merrick Garland proves, again, he’s a hyper-partisan scumbag. Thank God Mitch McConnell blocked him from being on the supreme court.
Then there’s former speaker of the house, Kevin McCarthy, who -did- say publicly-before he was shoved out of office- that joe Biden was showing signs of cognitive decline.
McCarthy didn’t pursue it vigorously-but he was doing interviews ‘saying it’. Now, he says, everyone involved in the cover up should resign in disgrace.
That was McCarthy on fox on Friday...and he went on to say...something was always ‘wrong’ in that white house. It had the wrong ‘vibe’:
This -is-the sort of scandal that should have congress fully investigating with a ‘January sixth’ style panel- before stripping federal pensions away from the scumbags who orchestrated and hid it all- from people like Anita Dunn and Jake Sullivan to Kamala Harris and Alejandro Mayorkas-they all lied repeatedly about Biden’s mental and physical decline-
Especially after this Robert Hurr report came out labeling him a confused old man. Listen to what Kammy had to say at the time:
Kamala Harris-was in on the cover up.
Then there’s Alejandro Mayorkas-who wasn’t sitting in front of congress like a lizard on a log- was lying to them.
And their biggest ally and asset in the entire thing was the accomplice left wing media. Clay Travis posted a three-minute montage of news people who lied to you...and many of their voices you should recognize-but it starts with the guy who might have been the media’s -absolutely biggest liar- when it came to this: Joe Scarborough of MSNBC.
That supercut goes on for two more minutes.
That’s three minutes of so-called ‘journalists’ intentionally lying and covering up Biden’s dementia. And if you went back and looked at ‘all’ of what was said and written-that cut would go on for 15 or 20 minutes.
The dems and their accomplices in the media could not. Look worse or more sinister.
And we’ll see now, how much Pam Bondi at Trump’s DOJ or republican house members want to pursue here-in the way of getting to the full truth-
But- these revelations call absolutely all one-off President Biden’s decisions and actions into question: it’s clear Joe Biden wasn’t doing any of this stuff- so who was?
President trump and others, over the weekend, said these revelations-really do- require we go back and look at ‘who was working the auto pen’...in the final years of Biden’s presidency...
As well as ‘who dreamt up the list of pardons...including for Biden’s family members.
Okay. But we’ve seen this movie over, and over, and over, and over again’: no one’s ever really held accountable. No one -ever-goes to jail. Pensions are never taken away-and if -in some rare instance-they are- the next democrat president just reinstates them all.
About all we can hope for is that the history books get it right and Biden and his regime go down as one of the most corrupt and incompetent in US history. They should be leading that list.
