I don’t know if most listeners have heard about this-or not.
I’ve done some posting on it on X-and think right-wing activist groups and congressional republicans should ‘push this’- and investigate. Make it known to the American people.
‘It’ -is the fact that- during the Biden administration, virtually every document that required Joe Biden’s signing-was signed with an autopen.
Dozens and dozens of executive orders and major pieces of legislation weren’t signed by President Biden, himself, but were instead signed by a robotic stand-in.
And while these auto-pens have been in use in various White Houses dating back to their invention-
They have not been used and are not supposed to be used- on official documents that constitutionally require the president’s signature.
In fact, if an earlier story I read about this is correct, President Obama only used an autopen once to sign an important order into law. He did so while he was on vacation-
And at the time...he claimed that an autopen was as good as his signature.
He just ‘said it’. That doesn’t mean it’s legally true, and of course, constitutional and legal experts will argue this.
It’s also important to point out that-in Obama’s ‘one instance’ he clearly knew what the autopen was signing. He clearly intended to sign the bill-even if he wasn’t in a convenient location-correct?
But when it comes to Joe Biden and the admissions that have been made from his staffers since he left office: admitting to the fact that Biden was ‘never’ fully ‘with it’ mentally, and never fully up to the job-and so- he had to be ‘managed’, ‘protected’, kept in the dark, kept in reserve for only the ‘big stuff’...etc.
There’s a very real question as to whether Joe Biden was aware of anything or everything that he ‘wasn’t’ signing. Correct?
This is a big bleeping deal- if we just spent four years of the Biden regime with a clueless president who wasn’t even told what he had allegedly been signing-on behalf of himself, his administration, and his country.
And so- man- I hope the activists and GOP congressmen push on this-to see where it leads.
The Heritage Foundations’ oversight project’ discovered this...and broke the story last week.
The majority of official documents signed by President Joe Biden allegedly used the same autopen signature, reinvigorating concerns over the former president’s mental acuity and if he "actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents," a report published by an arm of the Heritage Foundation found.
"WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY," the Oversight Project, which is an initiative within the conservative Heritage Foundation that investigates the government to bolster transparency, posted to X on Thursday.
"We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature," the group claimed on X, accompanied by photo examples.
Isn’t it ironic that- the one thing- that Joe Biden appears to have signed in his own hand- was the document that verified he was dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.
I suppose the dems didn’t want any controversy related to that document.
But dozens and dozens of others- we aren’t even certain Joe Biden was aware what was being done and signed-using his name.
And if you want to add more legitimacy to these questions- listen to house speaker Mike Johnson talk about Biden’s cognitive decline in 2024- after he had dropped out of the race.
Speaker Johnson told the story of one meeting he had with Biden, in which Biden was clueless, about an action that he had ostensibly signed off on.
Now, doesn’t that lend credibility to the possibility that Joe Biden had no idea what his own staffers were doing in his name while he was in office?
And- doesn’t it add more credibility to the need for further investigation?
The heritage oversight project says: whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency.
Yep. That would be about it, if true.
Because-aside from the few public signing ceremonies that Biden participated in, we have no idea if he was even aware of most of the things his staff pretended, he signed.
And given all the questions about his mental capacity over -four years, I don’t think this should be considered ‘no big deal’.
If Obama had done it routinely, or trump would have done it routinely, it would be less alarming and problematic- because- whether he physically signed ‘this’ or ‘that’ document himself- you knew that Obama and Trump basically knew what was going on in their own white house- and under their own name. Correct?
That’s not at all the case with Biden. Every time we saw the guy, he looked and acted clueless.Don’t tell me ‘Roomba Joe’ knew everything his staffers and agency heads were doing ‘in his name’.
The man was clearly clueless.
I tell yah- we are going to be hearing new stories related to all sorts of corruption during the Biden era- for years to come. Years. To come.
Both smaller instances of corruption and intentionally misleading the American people-and larger ones.
Trust me.
For heaven’s sake-a new study by a watchdog group just this week- now verifies that the Biden regime-in just 4 years- spent over a trillion dollars of our tax money trying to infuse that poisonous ‘DEI policy’ and ‘DEI” culture’ into every part of our federal government.
They are now offering all their findings to doge and the trump administration so they can verify the findings and eliminate the waste and abuse.
Thank God president trump wanted to run for a second term-even after he lost in 2020. Because as much as I like Ron DeSantis and JD Vance-i don’t think that- once they’d won- even if they’d had the genuine commitment to trying to erase DEI and discriminatory preferences from our government-that they would have been in the position to do so.
Trump and his team had been planning for years and knew where a lot of the bodies were buried, and which of the most effective strings to pull, to undo it all.
And it’ll take years. But it’s good to know that-just 51 days into the Trump presidency- this has all been rooted out and identified- with people behind the effort who are motivated to -by God-see it thru.
A ’President DeSantis’ might have wanted to do the same thing...but wouldn’t have had the same head start, experience, or energetic focus, to really get it done.
I think trump and his team do... And since it was all injected ‘across the whole of government’ via a presidential order-
It can all be ‘undone’ via presidential order. Huzzah. Huge win.
