So... the New York jury in the Daniel Penny trial came to the right decision -freed an innocent man-and dealt a blow to a fat, scummy, racist da who insisted on prosecuting Penny against all evidence that -he-was the good guy on the train that day.
This is a great conclusion to a prosecution and trial that never should have taken place in the first place-and as great as it is that penny won’t serve any prison time for doing a good deed-
He’s still been put through hell for nearly three years.
This decision he made to leap into action when a madman was menacing a train car full of people-has still completely overturned his life over the last three years- thanks to Alvin Bragg- the scummy Manhattan DA who has spent his time in office refusing to prosecute hardened criminals-
While going after New Yorkers who might dare to stand up for themselves against the criminal horde.
Alvin Bragg is -genuinely-the most rancid Soros DA of them all and a thoroughly rancid individual.
It’s why so many New Yorkers-and Americans were reveling in this outcome yesterday:
Alvin Bragg gave a liberal NY jury two possible criminal charges, assuming he would play an old liberal prosecutor’s game of getting them to at least agree to the lesser charge and get himself a win-in some manner.
And instead, this jury rejected both charges-and they did so in such a way-that most experts believe Bragg cannot try to prosecute penny again-despite a hung jury on the more serious charge-
Because, in an unexpected turn of events, this jury deliberated for more than 30 hours over four days on a more serious manslaughter charge.... but then...when the jury deadlocked, the judge erased that charge as if it had never existed....and they were ordered by the judge to consider the lesser charge.
Then- Monday morning- the jury came back and within an hour and a half of additional deliberation-decided that didn’t fit, either.
As fox legal expert and constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley put it immediately afterward: it was not-the expected outcome that Alvin Bragg thought he’d get:

It was great to see Bragg play this scummy game of ‘we can get a conviction on ‘something’ if i just manipulate the jury’...fail. In relation to both charges....
So- penny is a free man- but he’s still facing a civil suit filed by Jordan Neely’s family-which is also unjust. This is a family who had-zero regard-for their so-called loved one, until he ended up dead on the news-and they saw the potential for dollar signs.
Neely’s father abandoned him as a child. Dumped him into foster care. Was apparently fine with the fact his son-as an adult-was living on the streets and mentally ill and ‘off his meds’. Was nowhere around when Jordan Neely, his son, was racking up a lengthy and violent criminal record.
But once he sees a chance to make money off of the dead son- suddenly Neely’s dad is some ‘social justice warrior’ allowing himself and his dead son to be used by Black Lives Matter activists in NY-who-
By the way- have got to realize that the worm has turned for them, as well. Their weeks of protesting and racist b.s. in front of this NY courthouse didn’t do a thing to influence the outcome of the case-
And very importantly-it didn’t do a thing to enflame other New Yorkers.
Instead, their race baiting fell on deaf ears this time-and instead of getting a pass on their bad behavior and calls for new rioting in the streets- the NYPD swooped in and started arresting some of these pushy loudmouth racists yesterday, when their post-verdict rally started to get too rowdy.
Good.
It’s even better that Alvin Bragg is the big loser, and is increasingly seen as the extreme radical and general sack of crap that he is- who needs to be voted out of office when he’s up for re-election next year-
Bragg, for his part yesterday, put out a statement and hid.
His statement said only that ‘the jury had spoken’...and he’d respect that. He thanked them for their time...
But he’s got to be worried that his days in politics are numbered: even liberal New York voters shouldn’t want to keep this clown in the top spot of that das office, if he refuses to prosecute crime, and only really gets jazzed about prosecuting innocent people who are being forced to defend themselves-against the violent criminals who Bragg and his team refuse to prosecute.
Bragg must go.
The NY Post editors have a strong voice in New York- and said yesterday- Bragg’s move on Friday to get the judge to go back on his own word and order the jury to consider a different charge...quote...turned it into a kangaroo courtroom.
Thank heaven the jury had decent people on it who didn’t waste any time yesterday on that lesser charge.
The judge should have declared a mistrial and sent them all home permanently on Friday.
And by insisting they come back and consider the lesser charge- there’s a sense that Daniel Penny has already been tried twice, isn’t there?
It’s going to make it harder for Alvin Bragg to double down and try to prosecute penny again.
His statement yesterday suggests Bragg considers the matter settled-and he’d be smart to simply ‘move on’, because he’s very likely to lose his re-election bid next year if his botched attempt to imprison Daniel Penny is still ‘front and center’ in that race.
As Alan Dershowitz put it this weekend: this-was- a case that was based on race- and it was Alvin Bragg’s racism that fueled it.
No one in their right mind believes Daniel Penny would have been harassed, charged, and prosecuted if the races of the actors were reversed.
As in- a mentally deranged white guy gets onto a subway car and starts menacing the riders and threatening to kill them- until a black former marine jump in and restrains him until the police arrive-
And oop- that mentally deranged white man-who was off his meds-but who did have synthetic drugs in his system ended up dying.
Bragg, or any other NY DA, never. Ever would have charged the black marine with a crime for stepping in and saving the people on that subway car.
Alvin Bragg exposed himself as a fat racist -at least as much-as the BLM loudmouths who were spewing racial hate out in front of the courthouse yesterday- and over the last several weeks.
In fact, if there’s any positive development to be seen in this verdict and the reactions from the leftist bullies afterward-
It’s that the country has clearly turned the corner on this racial bullying and this leftist wokeism of the sort that touched off a summer of rioting and looting that the democrat leaders allowed to happen and called justified...
And that had half of white America cowering and pretending to be with BLM ‘in spirit’.
This was bullying nonsense from the start-and it’s time to push it back onto the kook fringe where it belongs.
Anyone who’s going to defend the actions of Jordan Neely, BLM activists, or Neely’s very neglectful parents and family...is a dope who lacks all common sense.
