Another great example of the double standard the news media is displaying. Donald trump is doing sit down interviews and town hall events-and going into the belly of the beast to answer questions for anyone who invites him...
And the Kamala Harris campaign is fully intending to ‘hide her away’ from any scrutiny, just as they were doing with Biden.
Trump kept his word and attended this national association of black journalists gathering yesterday.... Even though he was told it would be a joint event with Kamala-and she never showed.
He still stood in there-against hostile lefty journalist questioning-and did a great job answering tough questions- regardless of whether the crowd of assembled black journalists liked the answers.
And Trump showed again how tough and seasoned he is. And did something that neither Kamala Harris nor Joe Biden could do. And he’ll get no credit for it.
I have about two minutes here- of how this event ‘opened’. It opened with a hostile ‘reporter’ from ABC news, Rachel Scott, leaping on trump without even saying: thanks for coming, Mr. president, and good afternoon.

That was an awesome response by President Trump. He made it clear he’s done more for black Americans during his first term than Joe Biden or Barrack Obama did in theirs...and slapped back against Scott’s attempt to be all ‘tough and hard-nosed’.
Good for him.
I watched part of that event, and as time went on, i noticed something interesting: in this room of black journalists- nearly all of whom are leftist- there were often smatterings of support or applause for some of the things trump was saying.
It was interesting to me that-not every black reporter or editor in that room-was ‘anti-trump’.
And afterward, one of the board members was asked to explain why Kamala Harris didn’t attend, and he was honest: he said- we invited them both and she declined the invite.
Kamala Harris and her campaign didn’t think it was a good idea to actually open her up to a room full of reporters …and gamble that there might be-even the slightest scrutiny—of kamala Harris’ real record and the myriad ways the Biden/Harris team has failed the country.
It is now clearer than ever-just 15 days or so-into kamala Harris’ coronation- that the agreed-upon strategy for trying to get Harris into office is to use their accomplices in the media to build a mythical, historical status around her- while doing no sit down interviews and making sure she and her real record aren’t exposed to any real scrutiny.
This is the strategy. Clearly: to engage in a massive, organized, 100 day ‘gaslighting’ of the American public.
It’s one reason that Donald trump should agree to do debates -but on his terms this time.
The Harris campaign and the dems immediately started pretending that trump canceled the second debate that had been scheduled because he was afraid of debating Kamala-
Folks- Trump didn’t cancel the debate. Biden did, when he dropped out. The parameters for that debate had been carefully set by their respective sides. The dems were suddenly abandoning joe and changing the game.
