This segment is another warning not to ‘live and die’ by the polls.
I’ve been saying this-even with Trump ahead- and even as his lead over Biden got longer: don’t get too wrapped up in the polls. Especially this early.
I say that-because a few listeners have sent me the one. One. Poll that shows Kamala Harris ahead of Donald Trump, nationally.
It’s a Reuters/Ipsos poll...that has Harris leading trump by two. It is, I am sure, one of several that we are going to start seeing next week, as more of this ‘post Kammy coronation’ occurs.
A report out of the Trump camp yesterday said, yes, we fully expect that Kamala Harris is going to see a temporary bump in the polls between now and the dem convention in august. Yeah. It’s expected. That’s how these things tend to work.
It's one thing when pollsters surveyed voters about Kamala when she was just a ‘possible replacement’ for Joe Biden-and boy- did they hate her.
But it’s something quite different now that she’s the likely nominee...and now that we have a left wing accomplice media who has quietly hated and mocked this woman for five years- now engaging in a massive campaign to turn her into a new messiah and get her into office.
Yeah. Kamala’s fortunes in the polls are going to start to rise.
But- the truth is- even amid this public ‘jubilation’ over Kamala Harris being the nominee- the democrat insiders know that she’s a clunker who they have no choice but to ‘go with’.
This entire ‘new excitement’ around Kamala Harris is engineered. I hope you all understand that.
And sure, maybe it’s fooling grassroots dem voters and some swing voters who wanted to vote democrat...but wouldn’t vote for Joe.
I’m not saying that some of the new grass roots enthusiasm isn’t real. But they are taking their cues from a bunch of grifters and gas lighters atop the party-who do not really feel the excitement they are pretending to.
In fact- to that point- Greg- give me that fool, Chuck Schumer
You must hear this from yesterday: this worked out precisely as i predicted: the reason that Pelosi, Schumer, and Jefferies didn’t’ immediately endorse Harris on Sunday is that -after they had spent a week rigging the outcome-they didn’t want to be seen as having rigged the outcome.
And so- they rigged this for Kamala. Then stood back. Waited two days- and oops ‘now that the grassroots have spoken’...now they can endorse kamala.
What scumbags. But here was Schumer yesterday, announcing his endorsement, and listen to the excited reaction from the crowd.
I’m sorry, but what a d-bag.
The people around him were reporters. And yes, they are left-wing accomplices, but they can’t openly clap or take a side when they are covering a news conference like this.
Still-you can see why Schumer -expected-applause. He knows they are all closet leftists. He knows they are accomplices. So, he fully expected that they would applaud his ‘fake’ exciting news...and amped it up for the cameras.
What a dope.
But so- far- as for Kamala Harris being an ascendant figure- it’s all myth.
There’s no real data to prove her ‘out of the blue’ nomination ‘changes the game’ or ‘moves masses of voters’ her way.
This week public policy polling-which is a democrat outfit- showed Harris losing in every swing state. Other quickie polls over the last few days- or taken right before the switch-show much the same thing.
Then there’s polling from a group called ‘the clean and prosperous America PAC’.
It has trump up by six in Arizona and four in North Carolina. Two of the swing states that democrats are certain they can win this fall. They’ve been insisting that North Carolina is a swing state that they can flip this year because more and more lefties have been moving there and changing the demographics of the state-
But so far-
Every poll I’ve seen shows North Carolina ‘out of reach’ for the democrats. Will Kamala Harris pick their governor, Roy Cooper, as his running mate to try to put it in play?
Maybe. We’ll see.
But-the very early polling on a Trump/Harris match up still has trump leading big in the swing states- and ‘they’ are the ballgame.
Ignore the national polls that come out. All of them. They don’t matter. This race was always going to come down to those five or six states-and still will.
And now that Biden has been swapped out for the slightly less ‘limited’ Kamala Harris- the odds that this race is decided in the so-called blue wall states has increased again to being ‘quite likely’.
This is all about whether trump can win one of three states: WI, MI, and Penn.
Trump has been leading in Pennsylvania by three to five points consistently over the last month or so-and if he wins Pennsylvania- it’s probably ‘over’.
Which is why there’s so much blathering about whether the Harris campaign will choose the Penn governor, Josh Shapiro, as her running mate.
It would be a wise choice, given that he’s more moderate and likable than she is-and it’s a ‘must win state’.
Still. He’s a Jew. And the dem party has all sorts of members and voters who openly hate Jews now...and so...will Kamala Harris have the guts or the desire to choose Shapiro?
Probably not, given that she’s been in the ‘anti-Israel’ side of this argument ever since it arose on our college campuses.
But-even if she’d be strategically savvy enough to choose Shapiro- Kamala Harris still has a problem in Pennsylvania.
This is a woman who-for many years-has openly favored banning fracking and closing other oil drilling-because of climate change.
Folks-Pennsylvania is a big energy producing state now-due to fracking.
But here’s what Kammy said in 2019 as she ran for president five years ago.
Positions like that- and her other so-called ‘green positions’ could cost Harris Penn -and the election-in November.
This fraud was also one of the original sponsors of AOC’s so-called ‘green new deal’ which was meant to spend trillions. Trillions. On climate change extremism.
That green new deal is socialism- in an environmental wrapper- and Kamala Harris supports it.
Kamala Harris-really is- even more extreme than Joe Biden when it comes to destroying the economy-and the country- with this climate change crappola.
She probably won’t get them-but they have had-fantastic- cheating operations going on in Philly for decades-and so- never say never.
During the Obama years- he was winning some of Philly’s wards with 110 and 115 percent of the vote...so... Maybe they can generate that sort of result for kamala.
But-there are reasons that- before the MSM realized that they’d be asked to ‘gaslight’ for Kamala-
The NY Times was listing her as the least- electable democrat.
Oops.
Now they must pretend like they didn’t mean it.
Oh-and I’ve run out of time for the ‘Kamala Harris comes from a line of famous slave owners’...story. We’ll have to get to that later.
