This ‘expected’, but simply dreadful court decision out of a Trump-hating judge in New York fell late enough in the day on Friday that, I’m guessing, all sorts of people didn’t really get a ‘good look’ at it before they checked out for the weekend-
So, I’m going to double back- and run thru the outrageously unfair nature of this-and how I believe that it, and these other cases that look ‘more and more’ ‘what they are’-which is nasty attempts to destroy trump- are really starting to backfire on the democrats, now.
Most of you heard about this Trump hating judge-who had already decided the case against Donald Trump and his family empire- before it ever got to trial-leveled more than 350-million dollars in fines against Trump and barred him and his children from doing business in the state of New York for three years.
It is an insane figure, and an insane resolution to a civil fraud case in which there was no victim-and no crime.
This case was entirely made up by NY AG Letitia James, who ran for office on the repeated promise of ‘destroying trump’....and because the New York justice system is so completely controlled by rabid leftists...she managed to pull it off....even with all of her pre-stated biases, and the fact that there isn’t a real ‘case’ here- and every honest legal scholar agrees.
She can do all the victory laps she wants, but everyone knows what a blatantly unfair and abusive hatchet job this was-and knows that it will likely be overturned on appeal.
Still-it disrupted the trump’s lives, significantly. That settlement money-still-needs to be produced and put into an account until the appeal is decided. It’s a nasty thing to do to a political enemy.
None of the banks involved with this alleged ‘fraud’ said they were defrauded.
James and Judge, Engoron, ruled that trump had been inflating his personal fortune to get better loan rates. The bankers who testified said that claim is nonsense, essentially, because a) they do all of their own independent verifying and fact checking before they issue any loan......b) they say every ‘big fish’ sort of borrower does that sort of thing: of course they want to present their ‘best face’ to lenders, as we all do...and then c) they loved lending to trump. He never missed a payment, and they got all their money back with the agreed-to interest.
There was -genuinely-no victim here. You can’t even find a dissatisfied customer, folks. The banks don’t have a single beef about their interactions with Trump and they testified to that fact.
So-what is this even about?
It’s about today’s democrats and rabid leftists using the levers of power they control-to destroy a political enemy. That’s all this boils down to, and every one of these ridiculous cases filed against trump proves it.
Trump was in Michigan, holding a rally, on Saturday night...and spent a few minutes reacting to the ruling....and so, I thought we’d play that for you:
This was such an outrageous judicial attack on trump that – i started to sense in even CNN and MSNBC coverage-that these hosts understood their rancid attempts to ruin trump are backfiring.
Even Katy Tur over at MSNBC asked her Friday night panel repeatedly: is this fair, though?
She went back to the ap report i shared with you weeks ago- which revealed- in 70 years of having this legal rule that James and the judge used to destroy Trump’s empire here, it had never been used in this manner- and it had never been used when there wasn’t even a complainant, or a victim, bringing the legal action.
This was the ‘state of New York’ in the form of the venomous Letitia James- inventing a reason out of thin air to harm Trump’s businesses and personal fortune. That’s all it was.
And even trump-hating leftists on the CNN and MSNBC sets were starting to realize this, Friday night and Saturday. You could tell with some of their coverage.
They didn’t want to state it too overtly. They don’t want to be tossed out of the super-spectacular insider’s club- but you could tell that some of them were struggling with the unfairness of it all.
And folks, if it’s hitting the trump-hating, east coast insiders that way- consider how it’s striking the average American. The optics of this-are terrible...as all sorts of average voters start to understand the ‘true nature’ of this ‘deep state’ jihad against trump. This ‘lawfare’.... from five different angles.
Our two ‘go to’ constitutional scholars certainly flamed judge Engoron and his ruling, Friday evening. Alan Dershowitz was on Sean Hannity’s show....and said.... the left wants to label her a hero, but Letitia James should be disbarred for this.

Johnathan Turley, meanwhile, said it was insane to make the damages against trump larger than the GDP’s of some countries...especially after the judge admitted that not a single dollar was lost by the banks. There’s no victim.
Turley then turned to the impact rulings like this are going to have on New York state-which is already seeing people and businesses leave in droves.
Can Trump’s team find a three-judge panel on an appeals court that understands how extreme and legally and constitutionally unfair this is, and overturn it? Or will they, too- like James and Engoron- simply be hyper partisan political hacks who want to play their role in ‘destroying Trump’?

Yet another outrageous, indefensible, court decision is released by an activist liberal court on a Friday afternoon-so the scummy judge can run and hide.
It was ‘so’ typical.
We in Wisconsin are getting used to this pattern with our newly reconstituted ‘Protosawitz’ court, whose four liberal justices don’t even have the integrity to stand behind their decisions and release their opinions with some integrity.

It's such an insane ruling, i didn’t see-any- legal expert defending the judge’s damages afterward. Everyone knows how insane and unfair this is.
Everyone knows this was a fake case that Letitia James dreamt up against Trump to keep her much-repeated campaign promise to ruin Donald Trump.
As i said earlier: James and the rabid left can do all the victory laps they want, here, but it’s backfiring.
It’s about today’s democrats and rabid leftists using the levers of power they control-to destroy a political enemy. That’s all this boils down to, and every one of these ridiculous cases filed against Trump proves it.
First it was the left using a mentally ill wingnut like E-Jean Carroll to dream up a fake rape claim against trump....and finding the right lower-court judge to run with it.
That settlement will be overturned on appeal.
Then it was Letitia James and Judge Engoron moving to destroy trump’s personal empire like this- and not even pretending that there was an actual crime or a victim here.
Then it was Fanni Willis colluding with the Biden White House to develop this bogus RICO case against Trump in Georgia- and we’re seeing how that’s falling part- now that Willis’ real motivations are being exposed....
Along with what a rancid human being she is, herself. She and her cheating lover are going to be facing their own criminal charges in a few months here-and unlike the ones they leveled against Trump- the charges against them will be legit.
Next-it’s Alvin Bragg, the Soros DA and rabid leftist who’s primary objective in Manhattan is to let every thug and criminal go- as he uses his office to go after the left’s political enemies large and small: Daniel Penny, the former marine who actually stepped in to save a subway car full of people from a dangerous lunatic-he gets charged with a crime.
Donald trump-who pays hush money to a stripper in a perfectly legal non-disclosure agreement that even the liberal prosecutors in New York and Manhattan who preceded Bragg reluctantly admitted wasn’t criminal-
Until Bragg gets into office and dreams up such a crazy set of charges and schemes that he’s attempting to pull off something that’s never been done, legally, before: leaping between the state and federal courts and election laws-
There’s no way his coming trial is reasonable.
Then there’s the two cases based on fake federal charges...including ‘inciting an insurrection that police officers...when it was neither an insurrection-nor did it kill anyone other than Ashley Babbitt-
And the ‘held’ documents case that no other president in the history of the country has ever been charged with...and Joe Biden just got a complete pass on...
Folks...this is only going to backfire on the democrats between now and November-and there’s a good chance it all backfires-spectacularly.
In short: the naked and infuriating unfairness of all these trials is -literally- going to start turning people into trump voters.
I’m telling’ you- reasonable people from all walks of life in America....are seeing the ‘unreasonableness’ of all of this ‘lawfare’ the left is waging against Trump.
Letitia James and Alvin Bragg ran on the same platform: I’ll destroy trump.
James brought a fake fraud case against him in which there were no victims. The judge in it said, oh, Trump’s guilty, weeks before the ‘in-court’ hearings ever started, then smiled and mugged for the courtroom cameras as he took Trump’s New York businesses away.
E. Jean Carroll celebrates getting away with her lies about Trump by gleefully telling Rachel Maddow how she’s going to spend the money-after lying about a rape claim.
They don’t think ‘most’ Americans are watching?
These court assaults on trump aren’t going to ‘disqualify’ Donald Trump in the voters’ minds, as the left intends. Instead, they are more likely to start bringing some reluctant voters back around...or back to understanding the importance of voting for trump.... even if they don’t particularly like the man. Because the alternative is terrifying: a truly Orwellian ‘deep state’ that controls every aspect of our lives-insists we all engage in their ‘group think’-
Insists we need to be happy with only the things they ‘allow for us’ and ‘allow us to believe’.
And will destroy our lives or pluck us off the street to be ‘reprogrammed’ if we don’t bend to their will.
At some point, your vote in fall becomes far, far bigger than the two men who are on the ballot. And we have hit that point.
These aren’t just two old men who most people don’t like...fighting over control of the remote.
These two men represent to -very- extremely-different paths for the future of America to take-
And these legal and deep state attempts to destroy Donald Trump and/or any other republican or conservative who is going to stand in their way should be alarming to everyone. Regardless of how they vote.
Bragg doesn’t have the legal power to do-at least half-of what he’s doing here-in this case. Which is why the judge should have tossed it out, instead of setting a trial date for March.
But see-this is another instance of liberal trump-hating prosecutors colluding with liberal trump-hating judges to engineer ‘some sort of conviction of Donald trump’...on ‘something’. Anything. They just got to be able to claim he’s a convicted criminal by late summer...to help rig and win the election for their side.
That’s all any of this is about: and so, we have yet another trump-hating judge in Manhattan who is willing to overlook myriad problems with Alvin Bragg’s case- knowing that ‘getting trump’ is more important.
And yep. It’s yet another bad ruling or ‘conviction’ that will be overturned by a more responsibly appeals court. But that’ll fall after the November election....and so...who cares? Really?
The mission is: smear trump with felony convictions of ‘something’ before the voting starts.
That’s all this is about. And the rancid details of each case...prove it...and most Americans are starting to ‘see it’.
All of this insane lawfare-and the ridiculous, rancid people who the left has engaging in it, like Fanni Willis, Judge Engoron, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg- paints quite the picture for the American people. And it’s starting to come into focus for them now....as these cases proceed.
It's going to backfire.
