I started out the show by saying: there are three words that will chill you to the bone- and they are starting to be uttered in Washington DC over the last 24 hours: Maybe Kamala’s Better.
That’s technically four words-but I used a contraction.
And yes- this is where the conversation has naturally flowed after a weekend of digesting Robert Hur’s very damning conclusion after an investigation into Biden’s numerous crimes related to intentionally taking and keeping confidential files: he’s too old to prosecute due to his feeble mind.
That forced the country-and the democrats-to take something ‘face on’ that they’ve been trying to avoid-
And have been trying to hide from the public-for three years: that Biden is too old and mentally infirmed to be the leader of the free world.
And jeez, next up, is Kammy, and up until this point- having her assume the presidency or be the heir-apparent to the white house is something that no one wanted to ponder, especially democrats who stupidly let cheap identity politics lead them to the position of putting someone on the ticket as VP-who is also un-fit to lead.
She was black and female-and that’s all the Biden team saw when they were looking for a running mate.
But-if Biden won’t agree to not run for a second term on his own- and if his fellow party members and strategists convince themselves that it’s going to mean an automatic loss in fall-then the only other option is to force the 25th amendment issue- and replace Biden with kamala now....and/or....shove him aside and engineer a win for her at the august convention to take the reins and become the nominee.
And as you might expect, this has the dc insiders spinning all sorts of different strategies and scenarios-including: would it be better to just shove joe out now and give Kamala Harris a running start at the presidency if they party leaders decide they have to go this way?
folks, what’s the advantage in allowing Biden to ‘play out’ his first term if the other party members want kamala to be the nominee in fall? Why let him hang around and continue to stink up and muddy up the place...and make the democrats look incompetent....if he’s not going to be the guy on the ballot?
The stronger play would be-force him out now.
The problem is that -just like Biden can’t get any younger or brighter-Kamala Harris cannot magically become a serious and learned and competent candidate.
She’s a cackling mess. She has refused to take the job of vice president seriously. She clearly refuses to look over and memorize the daily cheat sheets and informational binders that her staffers spend hours preparing.
Three years later, and after numerous attempts to ‘correct her’. Instruct her. Put kamala on the right path, in terms of focus and work ethic, it hasn’t happened.
You can’t turn this sow’s ear-into a silk purse- simply by declaring her ‘the nominee now’.
That’s the only flaw in Klein’s logic: yes, this extreme 25th amendment move would put her in the big chair and have her making the decisions for the next several months- but would the resulting decisions look any more competent and any less extreme than the decisions-and the policy agenda-that Biden’s been pushing?
Likely not.
Folks-this is a woman who hasn’t done anything other than ‘exist’ in the VP position for three years-and somehow-she’s got a lower approval rating than president Biden.
Do you know how difficult it is for a VP to have a low approval rating?
They don’t do anything. They are only rarely in the news. They -by and large-keep their heads down and serve the white house-
But somehow, Kamala Harris has managed to ‘disgust’ and ‘annoy’ the American people, non-the-less.
Somehow, she has been fake duties related to the border, abortion, and a number of other issues, and even though they were fake missions- she still managed to bleep them up and end up with a 28 percent approval rating.
How is that possible?
She’s a cackling joke.
And yes, she still might be the better option for the democrats than Joe Biden.
This regime has all sorts of problems and has made all sorts of terrible decisions that have harmed the country- but if age is the single biggest problem that this ticket and this party is going to have -moving forward-
At least she gets rid of that issue...and maybe even allows the dems to turn it around on the GOP and Trump. Because otherwise, Biden’s age problem cannot be fixed.
And you watch how quickly these hypocrites and scumbags would flip scripts. Instead of insisting that Biden is fine and 86 years old is-not- too old to be president-
If they went with kamala-all the sudden they’d be insisting that Trump, at 80, was too old. And joe Biden just proved it.
Folks, thru the entire modern era of the presidency, it has been the democrat party and their acolytes who have been insisting that GOP candidates have been too old.
Ronald Reagan was too old at 73.
Bob dole was too old at 73.
John McCain was too old at 70.
Their guy-now- is 82, and they’re insisting he’s fine and ‘you’re never too old’ to do this job.
Folks- 73 percent of their own voters-
73 percent of democrats in the latest ipsos poll-say Biden is too old to be doing this job.
That is three out of every four of his own party members.
If they pivoted to Kamala Harris, they would have a legion of MSM outlets leaping to do flattering stories about how Kammy has ‘come into her own’. How she’s ‘serious, and seasoned, and ready to go now’.
You know about the power of propaganda, and you know how ‘in the tank’ the so-called news media is-in this country-for the democrats.
They’ve been ignoring their jobs, ignoring reality, and covering for Biden in every way they could imagine over the last three years...
I think most of the east coast media members would be thrilled to at least pivot to a new challenge let’s see if we can make this cackling mess look competent. It’s our greatest challenge since we tried to make Hillary look likeable in 2016.

I haven’t talked about it on the air, but I’ve read numerous accounts of what it is that Kamala Harris is telling these groups as she goes out and talks about abortion-and it’s a speech filled with more lies and flat-out falsehoods-in an attempt to scare and alarm and manipulate female voters on the issue.
And so-in that sense: the ability to lie every day, openly, pathologically, and without end? Yes. Kamala Harris is almost as good at it as Biden is.
So-will top democrats decide to elevate her and oust Biden?
The answer is still: almost certainly not.
