So... on Sunday...the US border patrol hit a new single-day high for the number of crossers it handled in one 24-hour period: eleven thousand.
That is insane-even by Biden-era standards.
Donald trump’s border fixes had this number down to about 20-thousand crossers- per month!
This is a daily total of 11-thousand crossers in a single day.
On average in the Biden era- border patrol agents have been dealing with somewhere between 6 and 8-thousand illegals per day-
And in may- of course- both the president and his putrid homeland security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, were crowing about how their new ‘app’ had the number of illegals crossing the border dropping again.
Remember how-in June? - the numbers were said to be dropping?
Yep, we’ve fixed this border issue, they said. We are dealing with fewer crossers.
Bull plop.
They are now dealing with more than ever-and the daily and monthly figures are hitting new all-time highs.
The number of illegals coming into this country in august hit more than 300 thousand. That’s insane. Trump had that figure down to just 20 thousand with his ‘remain in Mexico’ and ‘safe 3rd country’ agreements and with his 900 miles of border wall going up. He only got about half of that completed- and if the country’s’ voters-do-decide to return him to the white house next fall-it will be with that directive: finish that wall and re-close that border, sir. We’re begging’ yah-get this done.
And in the first time in my lifetime-I feel like most republican congressmen who are in dc right now are actually motivated to do that, too, and so, if we can give republicans the majorities in both chambers, we might actually see some genuine-and lasting- border control if they get a chance to tackle the issue.
Otherwise-this country is lost.
Otherwise-this is the ‘new normal’, people.
These are the open borders that the America-hating foreigners and left-wing special interest groups have been calling for for over 20 years. Joe Biden and this era’s socialist progressive democrats are giving it to them: this is the new normal now, until or unless a republican is returned to the white house...
And ludicrously, we are now going to give them all work permits to take a bunch of American jobs here and warp the labor markets and the wage scales...and provide an even stronger lure for more illegal migration.
Last week, when the Biden regime announced they were giving nearly half a million Venezuelans work permits- the democrats claimed that-this was a good thing. The people getting them weren’t new arrivals. They had to be illegals that were here, in the country, before august first...
And....NY Gov Kathy Hocul and others said...that’s a good thing. It’s good to have a July 31st date on it, so it won’t have the effect of luring even more illegals here.
What is she talking about?
Giving -any-group of illegals dispensation to break our immigration laws-flaunt every rule we have regarding legal status-and still get into the country and be allowed to work legally-is a huge new draw for those back home.
These new work permits -when word gets out across the globe-virtually guarantee that even more foreigners will be motivated to make this trip.
And since the work permits are specifically targeted to Venezuelans- holy cow!-watch how fast that country empties out....and ends up here.
This is the ‘new normal’ -if Biden’s regime and the activist groups who are orchestrating all of this can manage to keep it up.
Their biggest worry is that the crush of illegals becomes so big that even their own voters and state and local lawmakers turn against them and start demanding closed borders.
Eric Adams and Kathy Hocul and some of these other democrat mayors and governors were starting to grumble. They were getting ready to flip. And so now joe’s team has tossed them this ‘work permit’ bone to shut them up.
But we’ll see how long they can stay silent and how much crap those local officials are willing to take from their own constituents-on both sides of the aisle-before they start pushing back, again.
Because this is -not-sustainable if we want our communities and our country to remain intact and functioning long term.
Folks-just since Joe Biden has gotten into office-enough illegals have been allowed in that their total is larger than that of 32 states.
If we work with the number that I think is low-but the media is using: that 5.9-million illegals have been let in under Joe Biden-
If we use that figure-that’s already larger than the entire populations of 32 of our states.
Nearly six million illegals from all over the globe have flooded into this country in less than three years- and consider that virtually none of them were seriously vetted. We don’t-really-know who they are and why they are here- or even where they are really living in the US, now.
Just so far this year, the border patrol has stopped and arrested 146 terrorists. People on the terror watch list.
How many others slipped thru?
Especially when it’s estimated that over 1.8-million illegals have slipped over the border, the old-fashioned way, under Biden and didn’t meet border agents.
Nearly two million people just slipped in. The so-called ‘got-a-ways’. We have no idea who they are, where they are, or what their motivations are.
Moreover, we aren’t even trying to find them.
Biden and Mayorkas have a plan to turn the interior enforcement agents into a sort of ‘DMV’ for illegals...and primarily focus on issuing illegal residents ID cards, rather than arresting them and deporting them....and so.... these clowns have already turned our border agents into glorified concierges and social workers...and now they plan to turn our ice agents into clerks that create and distribute ids to the illegals.
This is-intentional. This is how it was always supposed to go-from the moment joe Biden got elected to office-and I told you so at the time.
It’s all coming to fruition, for the America haters and immigrant activist groups, and it’s coming at a great expense to we, the American people,
And the only ones who seem to be benefitting from it are the Mexican criminal cartels...and boy...are they benefitting.
Did you see the latest estimate? That cartel drug and human trafficking over this border is now a 13-billion dollar a year industry for them?
Folks, 13-billion dollars is more than the GDP of most countries. It’s nearly half of our nation’s GDP...in any recent year.
Joe Biden has literally stimulated the economy for the Mexican drug cartels and the criminal underworld in Central America.
What? In the hell? Are we doing?
The truth is that we don’t have a broken immigration system-we have a corrupt president who sits atop an America-hating political party, and only the American people can stop it.
Many of the same voters who put these dangerous morons into positions of power now need to wise up and stop this. It’s the only way we will get change or accountability-
It’s the only way we will get our borders and our country back...or America is lost...
And no, that’s not hyperbole.
