I have been highlighting- on this show-the Biden regime’s insane level of new regulations and executive orders-which are acting as the biggest, bullying, bulldozing effort to force changes on America that we have ever seen-
And because Joe Biden looks so sleepy and lazy and inept-and because an accomplice media is intentionally covering for him on this-
Huge damage is being done by the silent regulatory state-with most Americans never noticing.
We are seeing another instance this week- related to President Biden’s rare trip out west-to declare another million acres of land in Arizona ‘off limits’ to any mining, drilling, or development.
This was sleepy Joe and his regime deciding to actually fly him out there and couch this move as an environmental and protectionist win for the country-when really it was a move that was motivated to chop block both mineral developers and Indian tribes who have been looking to tap that area for these new minerals that Biden and the eco-zealots say are necessary for our coming electric car boom.
Yet again-for at least the fourth time now- at the same time the President and his regime insist that America is going to see a big manufacturing boom of electric cars and car batteries-they have actually moved to block any sort of mining for the materials we’d need to do that.
This was at least the fourth time that Biden and/or his interior department have put mineral-rich lands off limits to mining- even as they pretend that we are going to get an ‘EV economy’ going here.
They are lying.
We are not.
They cannot have it both ways.
And when it comes to this latest land declaration-Biden and his team are screwing over native Americans-hard- but are getting absolutely no criticism for it.
See-these lands fall within an Indian reservation and include privately owned Indian lands- whose owners and tribal members hold the mineral rights on them. And gee-with all this new talk of mining for precious metals.... many of the owners and tribal members want to lease those rights and finally see a financial windfall.
Biden’s regime-is chop blocking them-and taking false victory laps as they do it.
They’re calling this the ‘Grand Canyon monument’ and using the 1906 antiquities act to declare nearly a million acres of land around the Grand Canyon in Arizona as perpetually off-limits to any drilling, mining, or development
It is another massive screw job of a group of American people-and in this instance- that includes many native Americans.
The national review editors call Biden’s move a big gift to Putin and China
This proves to me that these people aren’t serious about-any-of their claims related to the green economy or building a stronger America thru innovation.
They cannot be-when they block innovation and opportunity at every turn. This is the fourth move Biden’s regime has made to block drilling for the rare minerals and materials that this country needs to ‘go green’ and create jobs and new wealth while doing it.
It's as if the lefties love the idea of going green-in concept- but still refuse to allow it to happen-in practice.
This is what we are up against now, with today’s democrat party and with Biden’s regime, specifically. All these people are virtue signalers and pretenders-and prove time and time again that they aren’t serious about any of it-
And in doing that-they are proving time and time again that they are not serious people.
These aren’t even serious people running the country-and it’s going to ruin us-if our foolish fellow countrymen keep electing them.
Most of these moves Biden’s regime is making aren’t even legal-because they are springing them on us. There is no public notice. No time to alert the American people and the actors involved that new regulations are being heaped onto them.
In Biden’s era-it just happens. It’s all a surprise.
Well-this pronouncement represents another specific example.
The story goes on to detail how the dept. of interior-lied- simply lied- to the people involved in this decision. As of July 28th, Biden’s interior department told the public that they had no plans to create this monument and no official proposal was on the table.
Boom- two weeks later- it’s law?
Come on. Our govt leaders and bureaucrats cannot simply lie to the public-until they force them under new laws or regulations.
It’s not legal-or constitutional.
Biden’s team was intentionally lying. They are intentionally not following the public notice process.
There were already 1.2 million acres of land around the Grand Canyon that were protected. There is absolutely zero reason that another million needed to be added-
And if you want to talk about motivations-there was zero reason that specifically-this land-which both energy companies and native American owners suddenly found more value in- were the ones put off limits to any productive usage.
These moves that the Biden agencies are making-are literally criminal. They aren’t following the legal processes that were set up by past congresses and courts-and i cannot imagine how any of this stand- if- if- interested critics manage to get court cases in front of the supreme court...
But as i said yesterday: Biden’s scummy regime is full of former Obama zealots who have now had years to perfect the technique: they know that if they plow a thousand illegal regulations into place-and angry Americans sue -and maybe manage to get ten percent of them overturned-
Well then- these rogue scumbags got 900 illegal rules rammed into place.
That’s’ how these leftist regimes ‘roll’ now, and the republicans and every American who has an interest in preserving life, liberty, and freedom need to wake up.
