In today’s hyper-partisan country- and with today’s hyper-partisan media...you always need to bring ‘receipts’ with you. Proof with you- so your political opponents can’t quickly spin and dismiss what you are saying.
Todays’ leftists seem to have an alternative version of the truth on -everything-my friends.
Their mobilized army of extremists is going to challenge -everything- and often with the most ridiculous counterclaims.
Here’s an instance from yesterday: I talked about how President Trump was refilling our strategic oil reserves when he and American energy producers had the price of oil down to 24 dollars per barrel in 2020.
And at one point. Trump said. Let’s fill our reserves completely. There is no better time to do it than now, when the world is relatively stable, and America is energy independent and oil is so incredibly low....
And this was included in a must-pass spending bill. What a great idea. But the democrats stripped that expense out of the spending bill-and Chuck Schumer, in particular, took great glee in it-and took great credit for it-and insisted that the dems had just blocked another big gift to big oil.
This is precisely the way it played out.
Well, we’ve got lefties now insisting that this never happened. Oil prices were never that low. Trump never wanted to do that.
And because so many people will simply believe anything they hear that comes out of their ‘leader’s’ mouths...all sorts of democrats will refuse to believe this.
Well-here’s Donald Trump -in 2020-talking about that spending bill and how he was asking republicans to include in it...an expenditure that would have allowed us to fill our oil reserves right to the limit.
At the time...President Trump wanted to purchase the remaining 77-million barrels of oil that would have topped off our capacity of stored oil in case of national emergencies.
What a great idea- when the globe was largely at peace and oil was down at a quarter of the price that it is now -right?
And now-thanks to Joe Biden and the democrats bleeping everything up- that 77 million barrels doesn’t exist.....the strategic reserve is down by nearly 200 million barrels on Biden’s watch...and oil is back up around 90 dollars a barrel.
Today’s democrats are dangerous idiots.
And yesterday, when Biden’s ditzy spokeswoman was asked why dems blocked replenishing the reserves at the trump-era price...she said well, that was a different time.
And that was her only answer.
First- lets acknowledge that her answer-validates-that trump wanted to do this. She doesn’t challenge the supposition of the question: trump did want to do this...
She accepts that without question for all of you yahoos who want to argue...
But....then her answer is? Circular nonsense? And she gets away with it?
She said-it was a different time. The reserve was nearly full.
Yes! It was! And your idiot president and your dangerously dumb party has now drained it by one third!
Can you explain why your regime is pretending you are going to refill these reserves ...when oil gets back down to 70 dollars a barrel when if your regime gets its way on fossil fuels-that will never happen?
In short-do you want to finally admit to your ideocracy? Or are you still going to pretend you people are ‘smart’ and ‘leading’.
What dopes.Trump wanted to buy 77 million barrels of oil at 24 dollars a barrel. Schumer blocked it and called it bailout for big oil.
Now Biden is saying they will buy nearly three times that amount of oil...and at nearly 3 times the price!!!?
But that’s no longer a bailout for big oil?
Does-anyone. Anyone? -on the left want to explain that?
I’m serious when i say that anyone who votes democrat at this point, is an idiot.
I have understood the vote...and that the two sides disagree on things...for my entire 30-some year career of doing this.
But we are no longer in an era in which both parties are led by bright people who ultimately want the best for America and only want to argue over how to accomplish that goal.
Today’s democrat party is a hateful, anti-America movement led by dangerous, truly ignorant, young radicals and dangerously dumb holdovers from an earlier era...desperately trying to cling to power.
On Wednesday, President Biden was back to trying to con the American people into believing that he’s encouraging the u-s companies to drill more.
He was back to that gaslighting nonsense.
This is a president who famously ran on putting them out of business. He made it a campaign promise.
And again- we need to bring the receipts. We can prove that Biden and his people are lying now.

Joe Biden-from his mouth-on several occasions: I will end fossil fuels. I guarantee it.

There’s a video circulating on social media this week of two 20-something d-bag guys...in brightly colored crocs...being interviewed on a NY street and one of them says- honest to God: we gotta end farming...
We gotta end farming.
He’s standing there in blue jeans and other clothing that is made from materials that needed to be farmed...wearing plastic shoes made of oil byproduct. Everything he eats. Everything. Needs to be farmed.
And this genius is saying ‘we gotta end farming’.
How do you even deal with that person?
The correct way is to-ignore them- and their obvious stupidity.
It is what mankind has done for millennia.
Every past generation got this: we gotta ignore the idiots.
