I talked earlier about this ludicrous idea that Donald Trump needs to be prosecuted even if he violated some ticky-tack law related to classified files or January sixth...and how...
Given what the democrats and their corrupt DOJ have put him thru- while giving obviously corrupt lawbreakers on their own side of the aisle a complete pass-
There -is no- possible crime that trump could have committed here that warrants this.
And I’m not even close to stipulating that he broke some sort of law-
I’m saying-
If you are falling for this, you’re gullible, and you’ve got some serious soul searching to do about which ‘America’ you want your kids and grandkids to be living in.
Because this is outrageous, socialist dictator, sort of stuff, folks.
And the FBI and DOJ- since Obama and holder corrupted them- have ruined their credibility.
They cannot and should not be trusted on-anything-anymore.
his raid on Trump’s home -really is- the latest outrage of an increasingly totalitarian and bullying deep state that democrats are using to target and silence their political enemies when they are in power.
This FBI raid ‘the most significant ‘in-kind’ political contribution to a candidate in American history.
Yes, this raid is already backfiring on the democrats in a -massive-way: to the point that there really is no ‘good reason’ that the Biden administration, Merrick Garland, or Christopher Wray could site that would ‘explain’ the necessity of a clandestine raid on trump’s home.
He wasn’t even at Mar-a-Lago at the time. He was in NY, and the FBI would have known that. Trust me, law enforcement agencies don’t conduct these types of surprise raids without knowing where their targets or principal actors are.
Garland’s FBI-knew- Trump was in New York and intentionally hit his home and office at Mar-a-Lago when they knew he wasn’t there. That makes the move even sleazier.
Adding to the sleaze: the fact that the judge that they got to sign off on the warrant isn’t even a real judge. He’s a lowly magistrate who donated thousands to Barrack Obama’s campaign and-no kidding- represented Jeffrey Epstein’s staffers in court against criminal charges because they-clearly knew-what was going on.
Even the judge who signed the warrant, Bruce Reinhart, is a questionable actor, here.
This guy was such a fan of Jeffrey Epstein that he left the u-s attorney’s office ten years ago to represent these people as their defense attorney.
This is the guy who sanctioned an ‘unannounced’ raid on Mar-a-Lago Monday.
This was such an outrageous, unprecedented, and out of bounds move, that even CNN’s legal experts were saying-this search for federal documents does not warrant this sort of raid...
I’m not into conspiracy theories-but I am into ‘gaming out’ political strategy...and part of me thinks that this was a Biden’s team intentionally making an outrageous move in an attempt to anger Donald Trump into announcing his 2024 bid early...so that they can try to make the fall elections about him.
In fact, this is the best explanation i can come up with for ‘why now?’
I think it’s an intentional move to get trump upset enough to make a stupid move and announce early, so they can then use this raid, the fake trump criminality, and the garland investigation as a multi-month distraction right before the fall elections.
I believe that is what is-really-behind this: they’ve seen the polls that show trump can’t win a 2024 general election, even if he’s taking on a doddering Joe Biden. They believe them. And now they want him to be their foil in 2024.
That’s what i believe is going on. This is no longer really an effort to disqualify trump for a second term with some criminal conviction. It’s a ploy to spend the next two years smearing and degrading him further to ensure he can’t win a general election in ’24.
But they’d better be careful of what they wish for. Because this raid unleashed an incredible political storm on the right that they likely didn’t anticipate.
Everyone on the right side of the aisle came together, including Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo, congressmen trump has been feuding with-
Everyone came together to defend trump against this outrageous weaponizing of Biden’s DOJ.
And if you think that Joe Biden really didn’t know about it until he saw it in the media- you’re a fool. There is now way the dept of justice would have engaged in this sort of action-without-approval from the big boss.
Biden- made the call. Made it happen. And yes, he and the White House were lying when they claimed he was unaware of the search.
Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy probably gets it right when he says-this wasn’t about national archives. That was simply the ‘violation’ that the FBI used to get the warrant.
McCarthy says-this was really about January sixth.
This is really Merrick Garland following up on the half-baked evidence that the bogus riot commission has manufactured at their showy hearings.
And this makes the most sense, given that garland has been under a lot of pressure to ‘follow up’ on them. Activist organizations and scummy lawmakers like Adam Schiff have been pressuring Garland to find a reason-any reason-to charge Donald Trump with something.
See- federal charges will ‘prove’ some sort of guilt. Federal charges can be used and abused by the democrats to claim that -see? -trump is a criminal. Trump is corrupt.
They’ve been trying to prove that and other outrageous smears for six years, and still haven’t succeeded.
But this time. This time, they’ll get him. Merrick garland has destroyed any shred of credibility that he had-in caving to these clowns and joining this never-ending rage against trump.
McCarthy believes-yes-for as outrageous and unconstitutional as this was.
Yes-this is still just a fishing expedition, and I’d agree.
They found a very questionable magistrate in Florida to sign off on a warrant based on ‘a search for archive documents.
McCarthy believes that the taking of so-called ‘classified documents’ or violating the archives act would be so ticky-tack that garland wouldn’t really pursue them, criminally, but we’ll see.
These Democrats on the hill are looking for-any reason-to insist Trump is a criminal.
