Today. This morning. Lawyers from the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty will be arguing their case in front of the supreme court, related to banning ballot drop boxes, and banning ballot harvesting.

This is a lawsuit that a Waukesha County judge has made an initial ruling on-banning the drop boxes-

Which the State Supreme Court allowed to take effect for the spring election that we just held last week- but some city clerks decided to ignore, anyway.

And now-the Supreme Court is going to hear the case and has promised a final decision on drop boxes by June, so there will be plenty of time for clerks to adhere to the new law in fall.

Whether or not they will-is another question. It is disturbing how often some of these left-wing clerks are now blatantly ignoring Wisconsin’s election laws and deciding to ‘do what they want to do’ anyway.

The Waukesha judge’s ruling was clear: no drop boxes. It was a ruling that every clerk understood-in spirit.

But some of the liberal clerks, like Claire Woodall Vogg in Milwaukee...decided to be cute and play word games.

She said...oops, the judge said ‘unmanned’ drop boxes are banned. So, I’ll put out drop boxes, anyway, and I’ll ‘staff them’.

I simply have -zero- confidence that Wisconsin’s left-leaning city clerks will adhere to the new rules.

They have been breaking clear election law for several election cycles now, and so, what’s going to have them returning to running elections with more honesty and integrity?

There’s also the question of ‘ballot harvesting’ and returning absentee ballots for others.

Ballot harvesting is illegal in Wisconsin. It has always been illegal. And let’s hope that Brian Hagedorn doesn’t screw up this decision, too.

But these rogue city clerks in Wisconsin’s democrat cities give us a sense of what we are up against, as conservatives who want fair elections, moving into the future.

We have literally hit a moment in time in which some of them are deciding to ignore election laws and rules that they don’t like- or that they don’t think benefit their side of the political aisle. And since there is -no real punishment-that comes along with having clerks violate the state election laws....

Today’s activist leftists have decided that they’re simply going to ignore them.

It is why we need a republican governor back in the WI Governor’s mansion and the next legislature to re-pass all of the election reform bills that Gov Evers just vetoed-

Including the one related to Zuckerbucks-which is another significant way Wisconsin democrats cheated in 2020.

There is no way to call this anything other than cheating...if you are being honest with yourself. And thanks to a few different investigations now, we know that this is a new pattern for cheating that Zuckerberg and the left are going to use again and again, until the states pass laws to stop it.

I believe thirteen red states already have. Our GOP lawmakers passed a bill that would ban it, only to have Gov Evers veto it. I believe they are also working on a constitutional amendment related to it, if I’m not mistaken, but...this sort of cheating -clearly- had a significant effect on Wisconsin’s’ 2020 election and the left’s ability to ballot harvest and organize the count on election night-in our larger cities.

Tony Evers is one of those democrat governors.  Last Friday afternoon-when he and his staff hoped no one was looking- Evers vetoed a ban on Zuckerbucks and other common-sense reforms to Wisconsin’s election laws.
